  • Discover the charm of Seabrook Island at the exquisite 176 High Hammock Villa, a perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a serene escape. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom villa offers a cozy ambiance, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, this villa features a spacious layout and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

    The inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Decorated in a palette of serene neutrals, the living area provides ample seating, a large screen TV, and access to the covered patio area. The living room also features a convenient pull-out couch, providing an ideal secondary sleeping space for extra guests. A large, relaxing sectional sofa and dining table can be found on the patio that overlooks the fairway. For families traveling with little ones, a pack and play is provided for your convenience. The well-equipped kitchen allows for delightful home-cooked meals and is open to the dining area with seating for 6.

    Off the living area is an updated full bath with shower and vanity. As always, Sandpiper provides all of their properties with an assortment of plush towels and linens for all beds.

    The Master bedroom features a tranquil sleeping space with large plush queen bed, small closet area, TV, and ample lighting. An updated, modern ensuite bath with oversized vanity, and shower off the bedroom.

    Two twin beds can be found in the guest bedroom. There is also access to the patio. A second full bath features a shower and vanity.

    To make your trips to the shore effortless, the villa comes equipped with four beach chairs, one blue beach wagon, and a beach tote. The washer, dryer in the unit comes with a few laundry pods to start your stay. For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a few starter items: a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, a liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, some kitchen garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, body soap, bath soap, and shampoo.

    For added comfort and peace of mind, the villa undergoes a comprehensive, detailed cleaning process maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards for your stay. Floors are well scrubbed, surfaces are sanitized, fresh towels and linens are provided, and bedcoverings are laundered off-site prior to every stay. Essential cleaning items, such as all-purpose cleaners, a broom, and vacuum are provided for guests too.

    This property is dog-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be declared/paid prior to your stay.

    Just half a mile to the private beaches of Seabrook Island, this property is close to acclaimed Seabrook Island beach club with two oceanfront pools, golf, and Seabrook Island club dining. Kiawah Island, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and the Angel Oak Tree are all nearby. Downtown Charleston is a scenic and short 21-mile drive. Whether you seek museums, gardens, historical homes, recreational sports, boat tours, ghost tours, fine dining, farmers markets, wineries, or shopping, there is so much to see and do. A Keurig and standard coffee maker are both provided for the convenience of our guests. Use the digital amenity card to access the island's premier locations.

    • BEACH: 0.5 miles away. Four beach chairs, a blue beach wagon, and a beach tote are included with your stay.

    • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.

    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: No LSV vehicles are permitted at this property.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome. A pack and play is on-site for guest use.
    • PET POLICY: Dog friendly. 1 dog max. Pet fee applies.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

    • WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

    • CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
