“We always love staying in Pelican’s watch. This was our first stay at this unit. The host did an amazing job at responding promptly to an issue that we had with the TV. They went above and beyond by replacing it. The views were amazing. The corner unit is awesome because you get to enjoy more of the view. We saw deer daily. My son loved the oversized cushioned window seat. He actually used it as a bed. We will be back. ”

“This villa has amazing views of the ocean. It has a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Steps from the pool and beach. I highly recommend.One improvement would be a later check out time. 10:00 am seems early with the price of the stay.”

“Property was clean, pool a 2 minute walk from the rental, and beach access a short drive. Details can be confusing regarding the amenity card for the island, but if you don’t plan on using the pool or pelicans nest restaurants, I wouldn’t worry about it. ”
