This serene and inviting villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups looking to escape to a tranquil retreat. The interior boasts a contemporary design with all the comforts of home, ensuring a relaxing stay. An open floor plan, highlighted by sliding doors, draw your attention to the beauty of Seabrook Island waiting just outside for you to explore. The villa has hardwood floors and comfy living room seating with a HDTV Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney+ and a DVD player. The dining area is adjacent and seats four. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath, HDTV Smart TV, and access to the serene, screened porch. The nightstands in the master have built in charging ports for devices. The screened porch has comfortable seating as well as a dining table. Guests love dining al fresco while enjoying the Lowcountry marsh view. The master bath is beautifully renovated with tiled, walk in shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, HDTV with full bath access. The guest bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a deck with comfortable patio furniture. The guest bathroom is updated with single vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms include a hairdryer for use. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as as an iron and ironing board. Safety and convenience are prioritized with amenities like 24-hour check-in, enhanced cleaning practices, and essential safety features including smoke detectors and a first aid kit.
The owners of this unit have thoughtfully have stocked the entertainment center with family games, puzzles, books, and toys. Also included in the unit are many beach and pool necessities, such as pool floats, pool toys, Puddle Jumpers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, fishing poles and sand toys. The owners also have two adult bikes and two children's bikes, as well as bike trailers you can use to cart the kids around the island. The crab traps are ideal for a day of crabbing at the Crab Dock off Captain Sams Road.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Passes are $45. There is a limit of 2 vehicle passes. No electric LSVs can be charged at property.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but not a party property. Many neighbors are full-time residents and we ask our guests to be respectful of the shared island space around them.
