Stay in style on Seabrook Island in this fantastic and spacious upper level double Pelican Watch Villa with two waterfront decks, two king master suites, personal owner upgrades for added comfort, tranquil views and amenity cards for Seabrook Island Club. Walk to the beach and pools, watch the dolphins play and switch to island time in this special Seabrook Island vacation villa.

The large, open living area boasts multiple windows with loads of natural sunlight and captivating ocean views. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV for entertainment, Comcast cable, a stylish dining area and the best kitchen in Pelican Watch. The kitchen is a large open area adjoining the living room, great for in house cooking and socializing with family and friends. Personal owner touches include quality stainless appliances, a long granite bar with stools that opens to the living area, custom tile mosaic and a laundry room for your convenience.

1318/1320 Pelican Watch boasts two master suites and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Guest suite 1 is well appointed with comfortable, quality California king bedding, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and an inviting, garden tub, perfect for a good soak after a round of golf or tennis! The second guest suite also offers a comfy king bed, flat screen TV and nicely upgraded bathroom with a tub/shower. An extra third sleeping area is an enclosed glass room at the entrance to the living room with a sleeper sofa, floor to ceiling Hunter Douglas custom blinds for privacy and a built-in dresser and closet.

The two waterfront decks offer exceptional island style outdoor living to enjoy magical sunrises and sunsets, take photos of dolphins with a telephoto lens and relax or dine alfresco as you soak up the sun and evening ocean breezes.

Pelican Watch Villa rentals Seabrook Island boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

The condo was as described and a wonderful place to stay for our family. Clean, well stocked kitchen (supplies), laundry room, 3 baths, and a gorgeous view of the water. The 2 decks made it easy to get everyone outside and have room to relax. We could watch the seagulls, pelicans , and dolphins all throughout our stay. Quick beach access and one of the community pools was within a walkable distance so we didn’t need to drive to enjoy the fun outside. The community is well insulated from the rest of the world and the private beaches made for great adventures in and out of the water - it felt like a resort! The staff at the amenities were all helpful and friendly.

Unbeatable sunsets

This place was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We enjoyed time on the beach, at the pool and beach club, and at Freshfields Village. My daughter and I even took a horseback ride and it was perfect! Sunsets were unmatched anywhere else I’ve been! We saw pelicans a plenty and many dolphin!
