This upstairs end unit offers a happy, beach vibe with coastal interiors, warm wood flooring throughout, great water views and magical sunsets from the outdoor deck and amenity cards for island style living at the Seabrook Island Club.
The living area is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and extra windows offering great views and abundant ocean breezes and natural light. There is plenty of comfortable seating for guests and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper. After a day at the beach, relax with a good book or enjoy watching sports and movies on the flat screen TV with digital cable. There is also a small CD stereo for guest enjoyment. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, modern appliances and a granite bar with stools for casual dining at the counter or a cup of morning coffee. There is also a full size dining table. The laundry center is in the pantry just off the kitchen.
This Pelican Watch villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated private bathroom. A 2nd full bath with a stall shower in the hall is convenient for guests using the sleeper sofa.

The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!
All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Pet Policy: One medium sized dog with a maximum weight limit of 40 lbs is permitted. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
