783 Spinnaker Villa is a bright and cheerful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Seabrook Island villa, just a short walk to the beach and the recreational facilities at the Seabrook Island Club, included in your stay. This adorable pet-friendly golf course villa is newly updated with all the comforts of home in a prime location on Seabrook Island.

The open plan living area features warm wood flooring, a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows with an abundance of natural light and tranquil views. The kitchen is nicely updated with black granite counter tops, modern appliances and all you need to prepare home cooked meals. The dining table seats all your guests, or step outside to the front entrance deck for outdoor dining.

783 Spinnaker Villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The king bedroom suite is located upstairs and features a private bathroom and private outdoor deck, a lovely place to relax after a day with the family. The second bedroom on the first level offers 2 double beds and a full bath.

Spinnaker Villas Seabrook are across the street from beach access and a 5 minute walk to the Seabrook Island Club pools, dining and golf. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
