911 Sealoft Villa is an adorable, free standing Seabrook Island cottage across the street from the beach boardwalk. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach cottage is well-appointed and stylish with multiple decks, gas grill, outdoor shower, and tranquil interiors.

This beach cottage boasts updated interiors and new wood floors throughout! The living area is adorable and comfortably furnished with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and large picture windows that overlook palm trees and the marsh offering great views and abundant light. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and a nice eat in area. It is well stocked and offers everything you need for in house dining convenience. Grab some local shrimp and grill them up on the gas grill! Keurig and regular drip coffee makers for the java enthusiasts!

911 Sealoft Villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. Most Sealoft Villas have 2 baths, so this is a bonus! The master suite is on the main level and features a quality king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and a private deck to enjoy the tranquil, marsh views. Bedroom 2 is also located on the main level with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan for fresh air circulation, a queen size bed and an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo, accessed from the bedroom or the hallway off the kitchen. Head upstairs for the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV, a private bath with shower and a private deck with expansive views.

Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Amenity Card Access: Your stay does NOT include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk #3A is just across the street from the Sealoft complex.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Covered Parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 3. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
