This Seabrook Island vacation home is professionally decorated and has 3 distinct living areas. When you enter the home, you are greeted by beautiful pickled, hardwood flooring and a stately living room sitting area. The dining area is well appointed and located between the kitchen and the den with super cozy comfortable seating and a large HDTV with Comcast cable channels. Off the other side of the living room is a third gathering area, the sunroom. This is a super fun, bright room with HDTV, gaming table, and access to the outer decks. There are multiple flat screen TVs and quality internet. The stacked washer/dryer is located off the kitchen for guest convenience.

2717 Seabrook Island Rd comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with high quality linens and private bath bathrooms. The spacious master suite is on the main level with a comfortable king bed, wall mounted HDTV, sitting area, vanity sink and separate bath with additional vanity for convenience. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and offers a coral theme with a queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, cozy alcove nook and full private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs and features 1 single twin bed, 1 twin bed with a trundle underneath, ceiling fan, private bathroom and another cozy nook which is great for napping and reading.

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
