Efter att ha gått i ytterdörren dras du till de två våningar, från golv till tak, utsikt över Bohicket River och Marina. När du äntligen kommer ihåg att se dig omkring, ser du omedelbart den anpassade ståltrappan som leder till en sittgrupp på loftet, 2 sovrum med vardagsrum med eget badrum och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Nedervåningen finns ytterligare ett sovrum (även med eget badrum) plus ytterligare ett halvt badrum. Nästan 1 900 kvadratmeter helt ny bostadsyta. High-end, rostfritt stål köksapparater och över 400 kvadratmeter däck. 55-tums TV med Bluetooth-ljudfält plus TV-apparater i varje sovrum.

Vår villa ligger i den gated Bohicket Marina Village och ligger bara några steg till strandpromenaden där du kan vandra ner till affärer, restauranger och barer. Charta en båt, paddla i en kajak eller utforska området på ett stå upp paddelbräde. Du kan också koppla av vid den privata utomhuskomplexpoolen.

Du kommer att vara en enkel cykeltur eller gå till 16 domstol Seabrook Tennis Complex och Lake House rekreationscenter, med sin fulla träningsanläggning, uppvärmd inomhuspool, utomhuspool, sjö och vandringsleder. Hoppa på en cykel för en snabb 10-minuters resa till Equestrian Center eller 10 minuters promenad till butikerna på Freshfields, ett underbart shoppingområde med fantastiska restauranger och flera evenemang under hela året. Stranden är en enkel cykeltur genom det vackra Seabrook-samhället.

This property is amazing and it was one of the best vacation's my family and I have had! The kitchen has everything you might need! We loved the location to restaurants as well as shopping and swimming. Being able to have the amenity cards was wonderful because we were able to enjoy all the pools as well as dine at the golf club. Jack was so helpful with getting all the information to us making our trip run smoothly! We will definitely be back again!!

Marvelous Marina View with Amazing Amenities

Thank you Jack! Your perfect property was immaculate, well stocked with all the comforts of home and just beautifully renovated! We had amazing views, stunning sunsets and dolphins playing in our “backyard”, yet we were also a bike ride away from all the amenities of Seabrook Island! We took advantage of pools, beaches, restaurants, boat rides, pickleball, tennis and golf! Anything a family could want to do…could all be found on Seabrook! Jack made us feel like his personal guests! He was so hospitable and kept us well informed from check in to check out! What a memorable week for our family!!! Looking forward to a rinse and repeat next year ….saltwater style! Robin :)

Family visit

Beautiful and spacious. Loved staring at the water and marina every day. Traffic back to Charleston is awful, so plan to enjoy all that Seabrook and Kiawah have to offer. We’ve already booked again for Oct and are looking forward to it.

Outstanding location

This property offers everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Incredible views of boats and dolphins and the saltwater marsh, some of Charleston’s best shopping two minutes away, one of SC’s nicest beaches less than ten minutes away, fishing, sailing, walking paths, restaurants, all right there. The property itself is spotless, comfortable and well-equipped. The owners are friendly and excellent communicators. Five star rental in every way.

We had a fantastic vacation at this waterfront condo. The property was very well equipped and everything was well maintained. This property was close to the amenities at Seabrook, but also very close to Freshfields and even Kiawah. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend this lovely villa! Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous! Loved being able to walk around the marina and down to Seabrook Island on the walking/bike trail! We’ve visited this property several times. Why we keep coming back: the unit is always spotless and well-provisioned. The owner is always available, friendly and communicative. Seabrook vacation

The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful villa w stunning view

Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.

4th Stay at this Property

This was my 4th time at this property and once again all expectations were met and exceeded! The views are definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. But so are the comfortable furnishings, the layout, the fully stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The townhouse was immaculate and the communications with the owner were seamless. No doubt I will be back for a 5th time!
