Väl inuti kommer du att uppskatta den rymliga, öppna planlösningen medan dina ögon dras till den fantastiska vyerna på golfbanan på baksidan av huset. Det finns gott om utrymme för familj och vänner att samlas i det mysiga stora rummet med välvt tak och tillgång till den skärmad verandan. Rikliga fönster i hela hemmet tar ut utomhus och ger underbar naturlig belysning.

Matsalen intill det stora rummet har plats för 8 och är perfekt för att dela måltider och spela spel. Det stora stora rummet har gott om sittplatser för alla, plus en Queen Murphy-säng för extra sömn. Du kommer att älska den fantastiska strandvibe i detta nyligen uppdaterade hem. Den öppna äta i köket är uppdaterad och fullt utrustad med plats för 4 plus 2 barstolar. Ett stort bildfönster säkerställer att även kocken har en underbar utsikt. Köket och sovrummet på första våningen har tillgång till solrummet som är en så glad plats att börja och avsluta din dag. Det finns en bäddsoffa i sovrummet för extra sovrum. Den stora master-svit på första våningen har en king size-säng och rymligt, uppdaterat badrum med eget badrum. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för din bekvämlighet.

Vandra utanför till den avskärmade verandan med 2 hängmatta gungor, och ett matbord med plats för 3-5 utomhus middagar. Tillbringa dagen med att koppla av och titta på golfare som promenerar förbi den andra farleden på Ocean Winds golfbana. Gå igenom verandan på ett öppet däck med extra sittplatser och en propangrill för din grillfest.

På övervåningen hittar du ytterligare 2 sovrum och badrum. Den första överst på trappan har en dubbelsäng med eget badrum och privat balkong. Precis tvärs över hallen har det tredje sovrummet 1 enkelsäng plus två våningssängar. Du är bara en snabb cykel- eller golfvagnstur till strandområdena, Pelicans Nest och Golf Club. Kostnadskort som ger dig tillgång till faciliteterna på Seabrook Island Club kan köpas för en daglig eller veckovis avgift. Web site pic of upstairs bedroom showed bunk beds with one single. However...there were two double beds. Suggest you change pic on we site Overall ...great comfortable house. We left boogie boards..and game for future guests. Suggest you advertise that house has beach chairs and wagon which beach goers will appreciate.

Great Place to Stay

This was perfect for two families enjoying Sea Brook Island together. Plenty of kitchenware to be able to cook multiple meals at home. Plenty of room for adults and kids to do their own thing.

Fabulous house in great location on Seabrook Island

Loved our stay in this well stocked home. Large home with beautiful landscaping and great location to beaches and clubhouse. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike everywhere on the island and to Freshfields Shopping Village for groceries, shopping and restaurants. We also received amenity cards with our rental, and my daughter and I enjoyed working out at the great fitness facilities at the Lakehouse. And, it’s an easy drive to Charleston for more sightseeing. Seabrook Island is beautiful and quiet, and we saw lots of wildlife too. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacay!

Absolutely loved this beautiful home. I loved the layout of the home! Enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. I loved the decor from the huge comfy sectional to the dream master bedroom. Very relaxing sitting on the back screened porch in the morning and evenings. Seabrook Island is beautifully landscaped and has something for everyone. We rented bikes and it was so convenient with them being delivered/picked up for us. Riding bikes exploring the island was something we really enjoyed. The playground was great for the kids, although a little hot when we went. My son enjoyed the basketball court and our entire family had the best time at the pool with the convenience of the beach just steps away. The music, food and activities at the pool made it all the more great. At the house, we never found the fire pit, so we assumed they no longer have it. And we were looking forward to playing corn hole with the cool boards they listed, but unfortunately no bags were found to play with so that was kind of a bummer. The garage has a ping pong table but it’s a little dirty/dusty down there as half of it is unfinished, so we stayed upstairs. Other than the one time we grilled out on the grill. Grill worked great but my husband had to give it a good scrubbing first, as the previous renters must not have cleaned it after using. The home had everything we needed. I would have liked a few more bath towels/wash clothes but thankfully there is a washer and dryer. The house was clean and I was satisfied with the cleanliness but do think it’s time for a deep clean to be done. We did have to sweep the sidewalk, front porch and knock several cobwebs down at the front steps/entrance and the kitchen table was very sticky, possibly syrup and needed cleaned. We cleaned it and all was good. Overall our family had a wonderful vacation, loved the home, loved the Island and would definitely stay at Seabrook again, and at this property again!

Week getaway

The house was very clean. In a great location closer to the beach club. Downstairs living room has a great space/setup. Wish it had better kitchen supplies. Sheets were missing for the pullout and Murphy beds. Had hoped new bunk bed mattresses were comfy but my kids wouldn’t sleep on them. Queen and twin had plastic mattress pad covers so they were noisy if you moved.

Beautiful house, ideal location

We enjoyed our time on beautiful Seabrook Island very much. In spite of cooler weather in February than we had anticipated, we were outside each day walking on the beach, visiting local plantations, and touring other historical sites as well as spending some time in Charleston. Our location on Seabrook was close to so many wonderful areas to visit. In addition it was so convenient to have a Harris Teeter Grocery Store, coffee shop, restaurants, and other businesses close by in the Freshfields Village area. We loved the trees with their hanging moss and all the flowering camellias and azaleas. The vegetation on the Island and surrounding area was truly amazing. The house we stayed in was lovely and quite suitable for the four of us who rented it together. We appreciated the ample seating and comfortable furniture in the family room. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the many meals we enjoyed in the kitchen with our lovely view of the very private backyard facing the golf course. The house was perfect and Seabrook Island is such a desirable area to visit.

Perfect place for our annual girls weekend!

I rented this house for a girls weekend. It was perfect! We all loved the house, and especially sitting outside on the screened in porch. We would come again! Love the location!

Spacious home on a private lot in a fabulous location! It's an easy and beautiful bike ride to both beaches or the Beach Club pool. We especially loved relaxing in the screened porch and sun room. Had a wonderful time!

Wonderful spring break away from the crowds

My kids and grandchildren all believe that beaches only have a few families on them. We flew kites, dug in the sand even waded in the waves. The house was perfect for our family. We used the big dining table for games and puzzles and ate in the kitchen. Loved the big bunk beds. Lost power for a few hours one night glad there were lots of battery powered candles so no problem! Love the slow traffic so even the 3 year old could ride her bike. That’s for a great break.
