“Well situated quiet accommodation within easy walking distance of beautiful Alnwick. We stayed in the beautifully appointed Groom’s room which is upstairs in the owners home. It was spacious with a very comfy bed, a sofa, lovely quality furnishings and a table just outside the room where a perfect breakfast was served. David and Bev our hosts were so welcoming and have thought of everything. Absolutely no complaints as everything was top notch and we look forward to returning and hopefully stay...

“Beautiful house and gardens although when we were there it rained a lot so didn't get chance to use the garden. Really friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. EV charging is not a problem either. All in all, perfect hosts and a perfect weekend break.”

“Perfect stay. Such welcoming hosts. Property was easy to find, so beautifully decorated, and very quiet. Our room, like the whole property, was pristine. So many thoughtful touches, like the torch next to the bed in case you use the bathroom in the night. Plenty of hot water for the shower and a really comfy bed. And breakfast - vegan, gluten, and normal options, freshly cooked, delicious. Will definitely stay again. Thank you”

“We loved this place! Perfect location and we got the top floor of the house to ourselves. Very clean everywhere, a great shower and lovely comfy beds and bed linen. A very filling and hearty breakfast as well and Mark was very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this lovely bed and breakfast at all, highly recommend it and we will be back again hopefully. “Lovely, clean property in a great location. Everything as expected and house nice and warm. Only note, instructions say the key is at the back of the house where the parking is but the parking and the key holder is clearly at the front of the house - not sure how a simple instruction like this can be wrongly noted. Other than this, everything great and would recommend property.”

“We had a great stay as a group of friends. The photos really dont do it justice - there is plenty of space in this light, airy, gorgeous bungalow. Really enjoyed using the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub was a lot of fun. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay.”
