“The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!”

“This home is steps from the beach which was great but the beach is not very clean, the home is right on PCH so there is a lot of traffic noise, the area feels unsafe with a barn door for a front door that is only connected by a loose latch and two small screws. The home smelled like cats. The place was generally dirty - couch, floors, beds (mattress stains). The shower faucet is falling apart. The owners didn’t send an entry code so when we arrived we had to wait outside for quite a while before...

“So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

“Cute and clean home in a nice area. It was great having a parking spot behind the fence as well. Check in and checkout were simple. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Host was great with communication. Feedback to make the home even better: Add a closet for hanging clothes. We were not fans of the sit down shower being the only option. And no water pressure in kitchen, especially the hot water.Thank you for hosting us.”

“3 of us had a great stay here while at our trade show at the convention center. It’s a very close drive to the convention center and many restaurants in the area. It was very clean. It was nice each having our own room and a kitchen to supplement when we didn’t need want to eat out. Thank you! ”
