  • Detta vackra, moderna radhus i split level har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet och mer. Nedervåningen hittar du ett öppen planlösningskök, vardagsrum och matsal, med skjutreglage till uteplatsen och inhägnad trädgård med utemöbler och Weber BBQ. Vardagsrummet har en mysig gasspis, satellit-TV med DVD / VCR-spelare. Köket är fullt utrustat inklusive diskmaskin. Matsalen har plats för 6 bekvämt. Det finns ett halvt badrum nerför hallen. På övervåningen finns en drottning i sovrummet, plus en enkelsäng och TV med kabel och DVD. Master badrummet har en stor duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har 2 våningssatser för totalt 4 enkelsängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det finns ett komplett badrum utanför korridoren med badkar / duschkombo. (Tvättstuga är på övervåningen bakom tvåfaldiga dörrar) Rätt tvärs över gatan ligger floden Necanicum med bara 5 korta kvarter till Convention Center och stad. Stranden och strandpromenaden ligger inom gångavstånd. Parkering för 3 bilar, rökning eller husdjur tillåtet.

Vacation

We had such a wonderful time! This house was amazing for us. We were able to walk down to the beach within 10 minutes or so and walk downtown in about the same amount of time. Great location! Our boys loved the bunk beds! We loved being able to cook and grill our own food and it was great having a washer and dryer because we got very wet and sandy a few times a day. Wonderful place! Woukd definitely stay again!

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

House as advertised

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

Great!

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home minutes from the beach

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Place

Family of 5 stayed in June 2023. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. House is well stocked. Good communication from management company. Only recommendation is get better mattresses, the beds were not comfortable. Would stay again.

Comfortable, quiet, close to downtown

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. We had no issues during our stay. It was nice to be within walking distance of the downtown area and the Prom. I would recommend bringing your own pillows

This property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 older kids) plus a set of grandparents. It was well-stocked and I truly appreciated the high level of cleanliness. Appliances seemed pretty new too!

Wonderful and Smooth Stay!We had a wonderful stay at this home and found it to be very clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check/out and we truly enjoyed ourselves.A couple of small things to note: a screen was missing from the sliding glass door, and we couldn't get the circulation fan to turn on, but the temperature was always comfortable. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones there were a little dull. The rest of the kitchen, however, was better stocked than most places we've stayed.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this home!

Just what we needed!

Very clean! Our teenagers were super happy with the bunk beds. We were happy with the convenient walking distance to the convention center area of town. It looks like someone bent the back screen door frame a bit, we had trouble with opening and closing it.

Home away from home

It was great. More than expected really. It had everything we needed. The property managers always answered the phone amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shirt walks into town and only drove if we were going on an excursion. Loved this property, would rent again for sure. Thanks ♥️
