Om boendet

Ett kvarter till stranden!

  • Om du letar efter nostalgisk är det här hemmet. Byggt i början av 1900-talet och har plats för upp till 16 personer. Du har havsutsikt från tre sovrum, plus följande uppdateringar; renoverat kök och badrum. Ny matta och golv genom hela huset. Huset ligger på norra sidan om Seaside på 235 12th Ave.

    Detta hem erbjuder trådlöst internet, två stora vardagsrum och bra parkering utanför gatan för upp till fyra bilar. Det finns också en trevlig trädgård och däck att njuta av med en gasgrill! Ligger ett halvt kvarter från stranden så promenader längs Promenaden är ett måste! Kom bara ihåg att detta hem är tre våningar högt så det finns många trappor att tänka på.

    Ett vardagsrum är komplett med en eldstad och fantastisk havsutsikt. Det andra vardagsrummet har en TV och 2 soffor. Det finns sex sovrum med en dubbelsäng i vardera. Det sjunde sovrummet har en drottning och två enkelsängar. Sovrummet på tredje våningen har eget badrum. Det finns också en privat läsplats på tredje våningen. Perfekt för familjer.

The house was great for a large group. Lot's of small nooks and seating areas if you wanted to just curl up quietly and read. I appreciated that there were a LOT of plates so we didn't have to constantly be doing dishes :).

Nice large home with comfortable beds in a quiet spot of Seaside that is only a block from the beach. Leah was a fantastic, communicative host. Everyone had a wonderful time.The thing that some may want to be aware of is that this is a lack of outlets in the bedrooms. Though this is to be expected in older homes, others staying here may want to plan accordingly. The multi-outlet hub provided on the first floor helped us keep our devices charged so it wasn't an issue for us.

HUGE home. Check in was easy - plenty of space for even more than my party of 8. Easy parking and literally 3-4 minutes away from ocean sand. Great bars and close to the local Safeway for anything we forgot. Plenty of towels and hot water lasted for everyone despite the many showers. Beds were all very comfortable and after the first night everyone commented how immediately they went to bed after our first day out. No issues with the host whatsoever - will def look for this property if im back down to seaside again!

60th bday surprise

Had a great time for my husbands surprise bday celebration!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and lots of space for visiting, playing cards, enjoyed the deck and short walk to town and the beach! We would def stay here again.

Wonderful house and amazing host. This was our annual Bunko Trip. There were 9 of us ladies that spent the weekend. We are all 60 and had a great time. Everything was perfect and our host was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this for any large group.

Wonderful, clean, cozy, large home, extremely functional, perfect for a family to have their own space yet also gather together for meals and play! Comfortable beds, close to the beach, boardwalk and town. We loved this VRBO!

We loved the home and it had everything our large family needed. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms as well. The home was situated perfectly from the beach and to have the ADA walkway right out the door was perfect for strollers and the wagons to make it 3/4 of the way to where we camped out during the day.

Big beautiful house in a great location

We enjoyed our Easter weekend. The sunsets views from the house were amazing. The home has a lot of space with several seating areas inside & outside.The host was very accommodating & check in was hassle free.

Excellent Stay for the Whole Team

Our work team enjoyed our stay while attending a conference in Seaside. There was lots of space to allow us to spread out; the 4 bathrooms were especially appreciated as we all get ready each morning. The areas for gathering together were also great. We would definitely stay here again!
