Room was nice, safe area, easy to park and breakfast ok, but we did not like that we paid a deposit of 100$ and it can take upto 14weekdays to release that the deposit, that is not ok.

Front desk attendant was exceptional. So nice, very knowledgeable. Property has been upgraded, nice clean rooms, beds are comfy and tv is clear/hd.

Noisy. The ice machine on the 5th floor sounded like tires squealing all night long! It leaked water all over the floor. At check in maria were still vacuuming and cleaning. That was very disturbing being that i wanted to relax and get some restnext door neighbor dog baking. Need was comfy. Found a bag of white substance at my headboard.

Ladies at check in were great - friendly, efficient, informative and personable. Room was clean and well appointed. Will return. Only suggestion is to add oatmeal to your breakfast options. Love the biscuits & gravy. Add some steam to pan to prevent the biscuits from getting hard. ( K- guess that was 2 things!)

Great place to stay if you want to do some good shopping. Lots of places to eat. Safe area and clean hotel with free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly , clean rooms and quiet place. Nice little get away for a couple days only recommendation is breakfast lasting til 10 so we could sleep in a litte longer .

The ladies from the front desk were really nice. However, the hotel was really old. The towels that I got had hair in it and were torn. The mattress was really uncomfortable and the pillows as well. The bed sheets were old. I won’t stay there a second time

The staff were wonderful! Engaged and seemingly genuine-they are the best thing about this hotel. The room was okay, average. It was clean, but a bit worn down. There is a fair bit of construction happening in the surrounding area. It worked for our family of 3 for a quick overnight trip.

I slept like a baby here! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again when travelling. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are updated and spacious.The staff was very friendly and responsive. As advertised: free breakfast, premium cable, and fast free WiFi. They also have an indoor pool, and a 24hr business center. Definitely recommend for families.

Breakfast: Yes, please and thank you. Please consider bacon. Waffles, Breads, Bagels, Mini Muffins, Scrambled Eggs, and Pork Sausage. Lots of dining tables and booths for large families. Friendly Responsive Staff Convenient to HWY 99, shopping and many dining options free WiFi and breakfast—plus, an indoor pool, gym and 24 HR Business Center Onsite mini market for basic items: laundry detergent, microwave popcorn etc. Good size rooms, newly redecorated amenities. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Temperature controlled heat/AC newer and working. We would definitely recommend for families.

There is a lot of construction is the area, so it is a little confusing where to enter the property. The hotel seemed fairly new and the room was pretty clean, the pool and hot tub area was clean. Staff were lovely. The breakfast was okay, not many choices. The coffee and tea area offered coffee and black tea only and there was no regular sugar, only sweet and low. I would have preferred a few tea options and regular sugar. There seemed to be no insulation or sound barrier between floors. We could hear the people above us peeing and flushing the toilet throughout the night. It woke me up from sleeping a few times and was quite disturbing that I could actually hear their urine hit the water of the toilet. There are signs in the lobby and the elevator that remind guests to be quiet and that they will get one warning if another hotel patron complains and second time they will be asked to leave. So I think that the “thin walls” or lack of insulation is obviously a problem. I would recommend asking to stay on the 5th floor (top floor) if you are a light sleeper.

The property was decent but there were a couple of complaints. Anyone in the hallways you could hear what they were saying, word for word and it was extremely noisy all day everyday. I have also stayed at dozens of hotels that serve breakfast and not one of them had breakfast end at 9??? They all end earliest at 10. So if you don’t get up at 8 you won’t be able to have breakfast. There also was a temperature limiter on the shower and not being able to have a hot shower or bath was extremely disappointing. Another point is you have to walk through the gym to get to the pool. So while I was working out there were at least 20-30 people walking through the gym disrupting my workout, poor planning.
