  • Summary:

    Boasting beautiful views of Puget Sound and the snowcapped Olympic Mountains and astonishing sunsets all year round, this lodge-style home invites you to enjoy seclusion in a laid-back yet vibrant neighborhood. A spacious deck with rockers and a gas grill offers an ideal vantage point to take in the sights and sounds of the bay. Trees surround Pacific Dream, offering privacy and tranquility, yet close to everything.



    The Space:

    You can splash in the waves or dig your toes in the sand at Alki Beach Park, about a mile from home. Venture into Schmitz Preserve Park, Me-Kwa-Mooks Park, or Lincoln Park, where you can stroll along forested trails or a paved beach walkway to soak in the area's beauty - all within several miles. Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal and Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center are also within several miles, while Snoqualmie ski hill is roughly 58 miles away and perfect for a day trip in the winter. Downtown Seattle and Bellevue can be reached within a short drive for additional sights and fun.



    Inside the home, two fireplaces, a jetted tub, and heated bathroom floors provide cozy spaces to unwind after adventure-filled days. The beams used for the house were salvaged from Pier 66 when it was demolished and rebuilt as Bell Harbor/Paul Schell Memorial Pier. The house has striking architectural features with vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings that soar in the main living area, where large windows invite scenic ocean views. Ample counter space makes meal prep a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the large dining table or the kitchen bar. After dinner, settle into the upstairs living area for a movie night on the TV. Two desks and a washer/dryer provide added convenience during your stay.

Beautiful home

Loved this place, quiet and private but close to everything. A little warm if it’s a hot day but it cools off at night. Lots of space and great kitchen and open areas.

Views of puget sound were outstanding. As for accessibility walking is not available as the property is up very steep hills. Signage to the property needs to be modified as uber and delivery drivers miss the driveway easily

What an amazing house with an amazing view! We spent a little extra and decided to stay in this West Seattle, water-view home and were glad that we did! The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and entire house was stocked very well and we did not lack anything during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was quite luxurious. The only issue we had was arriving late at night. Despite the comprehensive driving directions, we still had a little trouble and ended up waking up a neighbor by accident (we arrived from the east coast, late at night, and were driving tired on twisty, windy roads at night- so maybe that was our own fault). We'd love to stay again and will definitely consider this amazing house on our next Pacific Northwest trip!

THE VIEW was amazing! Some updates needed and kind of dusty. Beds were ok, maybe need replacing. Parking was interesting. Outside needs attention. Deck needs cleaned off, but what a view! Kitchen was well stocked. All and all a nice place and the VIEW was amazing!!
The sunset was beautiful!

The house was as advertised. Clean and very comfortable A wonderful view of the water from the house. One downside was that in late afternoon the sun made the balcony and lounge room a bit uncomfortable Location was convenient to mist attractions but a car would be necessary The beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood very quiet. There is a long term tenant in the basement but this was not an issue at all.

Very accommodating host. We enjoyed the opportunity to do absolutely nothing as well as enjoying att West Seattle and environs had to offer. We were amazed at the spectacular views from each floor.

Everything Was Fabulous

This property was everything it needed to be for a wonderful stay. Close enough to downtown Seattle to enjoy the sights without the feeling of being in the big city. The house itself was amazing. Everything from the views to the decor was amazing. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at.

Sanctuary in the Seattle

Beautiful House in Seattle!

The gorgeous view of the water makes you feel like you are in a retreat, but you are only a short drive from all the attractions Seattle has to offer. The sunsets on this deck are spectacular and the house was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 5.
