It is a short walk to the Nordic Museum, Sunday Farmer's Market, Ballard Locks Park, Ballard's shopping, restaurants, and coffee houses. Rupee Bar, and Old Salt are at end of block. It is also a 20 min walk to Golden Gardens with many outdoor activities and 1 block from public transit with a direct route to downtown Seattle!


This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury townhome offers living amenities with modern touches, a Mt. Rainier view, a seasonal view of the Olympics and a view of the top of the Space Needle where you can see fireworks display for New Years.

Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. The main floor has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the 65" Smart TV.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

The 2nd level has 2 guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds. There is also a full-sized bathroom with a tub in the hallway. You can also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry.

The 3rd level has the master bedroom that has a king-sized bed, a 50" Smart TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features 2 vanities.

After exploring the neighborhood, check out the entertainer’s delight rooftop deck on the 4th level that has a sectional sofa. Relax on the 4-seat dining table with an umbrella and 4-seat outdoor patio sitting area and enjoy the view of Ballard City!

J24 Lady MINX Sailing Team

This was a great place for us to stay! We were in town to compete in the J24 World Championship at Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle and needed a place that was near the club and that could accommodate the whole team. I was most concerned about comfort and safety, and this place exceeded our expectation! The beds were extremely comfortable, a BIG bonus after long days of sailboat racing on Puget Sound! The living space was very functional and stylish. The rooftop deck was relaxing with plenty of sofa and table space and an amazing view of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier on clear days. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and at the end of our long days, I was most appreciative of the dedicated parking spot behind our accommodations, as we had lots of sailing gear to lug back and forth. Staying in this place made it easy for us to focus on our event and enjoy why we were in Seattle. THANK YOU!

Nice place but not lacking

For the price, this could have been made so much better with small additions like coffee, salt, sugar. There was NO soap, the toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken and the carpet needs a full clean. No spare bin liners. This is benerfiical for the owner, not me

Luxury Ballard Townhome with Parking/Roofdeck

The townhome was excellent. Loved the roof deck especially! Communication with the manager was poor at the end. The manager emailed to ask if we would like to extend our stay and I wrote back that we would like to extend our stay until Friday (we were scheduled to leave Wednesday). The manager wrote back that they were already booked for Friday but that we could extend our stay through Thursday. I wrote back saying that would be great. Then on Wednesday morning at 10:45 I happened to check my email and found an email from the manager that they had made a mistake and they needed us out on Wednesday so we quickly packed up and left. The manager should have texted me that he made a mistake because then I would have received a notification immediately and avoided the last minute scramble to pack up and find other accommodations.
