This is not a full service hotel. It's also probably not a place to stay with anyone other than a partner as the shower is kind of in the middle of the room. That being said, we loved it. Great location and great room. We would stay here again. My only complaint is I wish there was an elevator.

It was very hard getting in contact with through the phone with a representative. The TV in my room wouldnt turn on and then one of the outlets in the room is faulty. I connected my phone charger and it created an electrical spark. Spark flames came out and I wasn't able to contact anyone for help.

This property didn't have staff even though the signs said it was staffed. We couldn't get into the linen closet and get towels like the app said. Our tv never connected to wifo

Excellent location in a vibrant neighborhood, far enough from the waterfront to not feel touristy while close enough to walk there. Several good bars and restaurants in the area.

Fairly basic accommodation but in a good location. About 30 min walk to Pike Place Market and the pier. We had the accessible room which was right by the entrance so there was a lot of noise with the door constantly slamming.

Struttura senza reception. E' tassativa la registrazione online per ottenere i codici di accesso alla struttura. Manca di ascensore: la struttura ha camere al 6 piano. QualitĂ  e prezzo non mi sembrano in linea seppur la struttura si presenta pulita e abbastanza nuova.

The room was surprisingly small yet perfect. I loved how clean it was, the lighting was great and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed except an iron and ironing board. All of my clothes were wrinkled from being packed and I had formal events to attend so I stressed about it. I finally messaged Sonder through the app and someone showed up within 15 minutes and saved the day! I was so happy and relieved
and pleasantly surprised by how fast they helped solve the problem. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was fantastic! The only thing I would say is the front door is quite noisy and at night it can wake you up. The other guests were very respectful but it couldn't be avoided. I would stay again but not at the front of the building on the first floor. Thank you!

They cancelled without letting me know. Expedia and The hotel didn’t let me know they cancelled two days ago before my trip! I am still waiting for my refund!

I enjoyed our stay, the only thing that caught me off guard was the room cleaning. The building itself was always spectacular it was clean and I don’t know how they did it but it always smelled wonderful when we walked in. The room was very clean when we arrived, but what I didn’t know, was that it cost extra to have your room cleaned during your stay. It wasn’t a terrible thing, but it was something that I wasn’t expecting, and I wish it was mentioned beforehand.

These Sonder by Marriot Bonvoy places are the perfect hybrid between an actual hotel and a hostel! The staff were excellent, the room was clean an amenities were of high quality. I would definitely stay there again!
