Construction happening across the street woke us up early in the morning and our shower would not drain while using. Ended up showering in 4 inches of water. Wallpaper was falling off walls and it did not feel like we were staying in a clean hotel. For about $150 a night, I’d expect so much more. Very disappointing, would not recommend, would warn and never return.

Easily accessible from interstate. Microwave didnt work, refrigerator on a light switch receptacle so turned off and had to toss our food. They gave me a rotten apple for breakfast

This place charged us for two nights when we only stayed for one. There was dried liquid all over the walls, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, there was hair in the beds. The staff was rude and they scam you for your money. They 'only accept credit' so they can overcharge your card. DO NOT STAY HERE. Even if it's conveniently close to the space needle its NOT WORTH IT.

The area is up and coming but the immediate area is old. It’s an old hotel but we felt safe in the area and it was definitely convenient, right near the space needle.

Upon arrival we waited almost 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. Now, I know what when you book a hotel because it's cheap and convenient you're likely not getting top quality and that's okay. However, once arriving at our room issue number one was that our door didn't close all the way. It locked but was definitely left with a large gap due to a screw jammed in the door frame. There was black mold in the way where the toilet is. The bathtub looked like it was going to fall through the floor. We left our room for roughly three hours and when we got back, out belongings were covered in ants. We didn't take any food or drinks other than water. Upon investigation we found a box of spilled Skittles and beef jerky under the edge of the bed. The fruit handed out in the breakfasts bags was all spoiled. As a place to sleep, it's fine but don't expect much beyond that. Noise levels through the walls was higher than most hotels. It's one saving grace is that it is incredibly conveniently located for events at Climate Pledge arena.

The good: Walking distance to space needle and pike place market (and everything in between) Staff was pleasant enough. The bad: Janky Light switch by the door does nothing so if you arrive back in the dark you have to walk across the room to turn on a light. No hot water (or water pressure) in the bathroom sink. Nozzle is too close to the sink itself so you can’t fit your hands all the way under the water stream. Crappy water pressure in the shower, but at least it gets warm… Wifi sucks. You have to sign in, and then sign in again every time you return to the room. But I ended up just using my international data because the wifi sucked anyways. Bathroom fan incredibly loud and doesn’t do its job. Grime/ possible mold around the bathroom caulking. Single pane (cracked) windows, they open but there’s no screen. Cement windowsill cracking/peeling etc. Annoying you have to pay almost $20 a night for parking. Fridge wasn’t on (because of some switch somewhere that no one told us about) so our $30 pike place salmon sat at room temperature all night. Luckily front desk waived my parking fee quite easily for the inconvenience, but we ended up losing out on our salmon because we didn’t have time to go back. All things considered, I’d still probably go back and stay here if I needed to be in Seattle but I don’t have incredibly high standards anyways. If you do, I’d suggest elsewhere.

The hotel staff was very nice and had great recommendations. The beds were comfortable and the showers hot and included shower products. Convenient to activities; space needle and tram. Only real complaints are no shuttle service and hotel itself needs a MAJOR facelift.

The location is close to many attractions and close to the monorail which is just a short trip to downtown. The hotel is a little rundown and dirty but it serves its purpose and the staff was always nice.

The staff was strictly business and not welcoming. There was no greetings or goodbyes. Not a big deal but surprising. It was very noisy. My bed was clean but the comforter had a stain, and the box spring was very stained. It wasn’t vacuumed either. I only got this hotel because it was a cheap option close to the space needle and convenient.

They charged me over $18/day for parking (which wasn't posted on the website). This building was clean, but old and run down. The breakfast was a piece of fruit, granola bar, and a prepackaged pastry.

Pros: close and walking distance to space museum and museums we are going to. Cons: not to expect too much but this place needs serious renovation. There’s a certain smell in the area which I’m not sure if it’s moss or just the carpets. The shower was missing a handle (couldn’t even use it). The water in the faucet was either extremely cold or freezing cold .. takes a while but it will eventually get there. The ‘breakfast’ is a small packaged muffin & granola bread, placed in a small white bag. The pool was closed and inaccessible the entire time we were there. And very thin walls.. like my kids & I can hear full on conversations from our neighbours (not that we want to!).

staff was horrible they gave me a room that had not been cleaned yet,then I forgot my key card in my room so when I got back the front desk girl just gave me another one without asking for id. the same front desk girl made me wait at the desk while she had a chit chat on her cell phone

The hotel is OK. Really convenient if you’re going to the Climate Pledge Arena. Walkable distance from almost everything. Complimentary breakfast to go offered and free coffee all day.

Unfortunately we had no hot water for a shower so after 24hours without hot water that was able be fixed by hotel maintenance, the front desk staff offered a full refund. The staff were all very helpful and nice and apologetic but the plumbing issue could not be fixed and there were no other rooms available. I have to say despite this big problem the staff were all lovely.
