• City noise- Being in the middle of it all means traffic noise, especially on the street facing side of the townhouse

• Tri-level townhouse (3 floors). One long stairway from the entry to the main level and one long stairway to the bedroom level (NO ELEVATOR). Be careful with heavy luggage and small children

• A/C- Mini split A/C system located in main living room/kitchen/dining area and primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a tower fan & electric heat

• TVs are streaming only — guests log into personal accounts
