âExcellent for a place to stay near climate pledge. Clean, quiet, quirky decor in the best way. The restaurant had weird hours that we could never catch them own but there is a mcmennamins across the street that is delicious. â

âNice hotel with a perfect location. Close to Space Needle. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet. Many restaurants in the area.â
âAlthough you are in the city, the lake gives a feeling of calm and openness. Very enjoyable to watch the seaplanes takeoff and land on the lake. â
âClean bathrooms, fine room, well equipped and clean kitchen. We knew this ahead of time but the bathrooms are shared. This place is a cross between hotel and hostel. Great location too. â
âWe really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!â
âGreat location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!â
