  • "The Ranch" vilar på toppen av försiktigt böljande kullar med fantastisk 360-graders utsikt över Sonoma County. Vingårdar, berg, stadsljus, fruktträdgårdar och trädgårdar så långt ögat kan se gör detta till det perfekta vinlandet.

    Det ombyggda huset har 4 sovrum med 2 fulla bad. 3 sovrum har king size-sängar och 1 rum har 2 enkelsängar. det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet nedervåningen och en queen-size Aerobed, en annan sektionssoffa kan också användas för extra sovmöjligheter. Det nya, nya köket har Carrera marmor, Sub Zero frig och high end-sortiment och det finns plats för 12 vid matbordet. En stor 60 "TV och bekväm soffa i mediarummet och ytterligare 55" TV i familjerummet i nedervåningen.

    Den stora nedsänkta bubbelpoolen är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och njuta av utsikten över stadsljus på natten. Det finns en hästsko pit som fungerar som en bocce domstol och en lekplats för barnen.

The Ranch was a perfect place for our family reunion. We immediately felt comfortable and made full use of all of the amenities: full kitchen, grill, bocce ball court, pickleball, ping pong, hot tub, outdoor seating. The weather was lovely and Randy the host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated many of the thoughtful touches to make the house well-appointed. We would stay at The Ranch again is we could!

Great getaway from the city!

Had a great stay at The Ranch. Was an easy drive from San Francisco and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Great stay!

Great house for a big group. Well stocked kitchen with tools and spices, comfortable beds and great TV/sound system. Loved the outdoor area, the pool and hot tub were awesome and we didn’t leave the property with all the activities. Great views from the yard too.

The property was wonderful for an extended family. There are all of the outdoor games at the house that one could want. It is more rural than we expected but fun to see the cows and sheep.

Wonderful Hideaway

The property is fantastic, a wonderful hideaway in the Sonoma countryside. It’s quiet, perfectly furnished, with an amazing outdoor living space. Beyond the pool and hot tub, the fire pit, lounge chairs/couches, bocce court, and view are perfect for a weekend away with friends and we never ran out of things to do. For the money, it’s a great spot.

Dream weekend getaway!

This place is a total dream getaway! Immaculately clean, spacious, with all the amenities you need. The grounds are gated and the property is thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed our time in the pool and jacuzzi. This was the perfect home for entertaining our group. If you are thinking about this VRBO, we thoroughly recommend booking.

Serene Ranch with a View

This property was gorgeous and maintained very well, plus close to wineries and the highway that easily connects to SF or Santa Rosa. My friends and I loved the amenities and sleeping arrangements were fair. Randy was prompt with responses to our rental questions and nice to work with.

Amazing outdoor area. The pool is fantastic and we had a blast just relaxing and enjoying the views. There were many fun games so we had a tournament consisting of ping pong, foosball, bocce, corn hole and disc golf. We did not want to leave!

Good Value

The interior is not super luxurious but it's a nice property with a beautiful landscape. A few annoyances like the hot tub didn't get hot and the Brita water filter was moldy, but overall a good stay and comfortable for a large group.

Great for Groups

We celebrated our friends birthday as 4 families and the home was perfect for staying in and doing activities with bocce, the pool and the hot tub. There is a small area of the kitchen with a tv and a couch that the kids hung out on. Was the perfect home base for days out visiting La Crema and Brewsters. Randy and his wife Cheryl were great.

Thanksgiving get away.

This home is very comfortable for a family gathering. with 3 nice appointed comfortable kings rms. Large couch to cozy’s up to watch a movie together Or football. Randy was very helpful and quick to respond. The house supplies endless activities not to mention the awesome pool. Would love to visit again.

Great getaway!

Spent the July 4th weekend at The Ranch with some friends and had a great experience: the house was clean and well-equipped, there were tons of activities provided, a gorgeous pool, and the view is outstanding (we got to see multiple fireworks displays along the horizon!). The owners were communicative and helpful and everything was totally smooth. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We have been doing girls trips in the Bodega Bay area for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed. Being in Sebastopol was even closer to us than Bodega so that was more convenient. There were 12 of us women and there was plenty of room inside the house and plenty of areas around the property to gather. It is a large beautiful property with tall surrounding trees and so well maintained. The house has four bedrooms with very comfortable beds. They thought of all the little amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfortable. It’s very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked well with plates, glasses, pots, and pans and utensils. Lots of different seating areas throughout the house. The backyard is gorgeous with a large pool, lounge chairs, and a hot tub all very well maintained. The pool Casita is darling and we loved having some of our guests stay there which added an additional kitchen and bathroom as well. We loved the pickle ball court, which was such a wonderful addition for us. There’s also a fire pit area, large dining table outside, the beautiful view from the upstairs deck, badminton/volleyball grassy area. I could go on and on. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful property. The management had great communication and were very responsive when we needed anything.
