“Everything went well, except the ice machine wasn't working”

“The hotel was very clean. Staff was polite and helpful . Breakfast was very good. ”

“As others have said some of the rooms are showing wear. The carpet is looking worn and a lot of scratches in the furniture. Having said that our room 412 had an exceptionally clean bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. When my 16 year old and I arrived my husband and mother in law had already checked into our 2 rooms. When I walked into my room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I let the staff know but I was too tired to move rooms. I asked...

“Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit.”

“The smell in the room and the floor dirty, nope thank yo, not anymore EVER. Even when I mentioned that to the nice guy in the morning at the desk he said … : oh yes they are planning to remodel, but don’t know when. Well overpriced for such room. “Yes on breakfast. No on the bar. We were asked to leave the lobby when we sat down with a beer from our room. We were told we could only have beer from the bar in the lobby. They didnt have what i drink so why would i spend money at the bar”

“Not exactly what I was expecting for the rave reviews I looked at. The hotel seemed dated, but clean! I don’t really know how to explain that, maybe my expectations are a little higher than I’d like to think. Otherwise staff was super friendly. It and is a quiet property. ”

“It was a horrible experience staff not friendly rooms dirty mattresses had bed bugs sheets had blood stains, roaches in the restroom doors doesn’t even close right doesn’t even feel safe the only thing that was good was enjoying a pool indoors I asked for pool towels the lady was giving me dirty towels it was just a terrible experience. When I booked it was a photo of the studio 6 building and was giving I the hotel 6 never again ”
