“I’ve machine was not working”

“The toilet got clogged the 1st night we got there . There wasn’t any type of hospitalization as we checked in”

“This hotel accomplishes the feat of somehow not looking that old and being in absolutely disgraceful state at the same time. The only part of the building that still looks good is the outside. Once you enter, everything is dirty. The lobby, the hall ways, the elevators, and most inconvenient of all, the room was filthy. The whole place smells like there’s a sewer leak. Worn out furniture in the room. Everything is sticky, in the entire building, like nothing has even been cleaned for however...

“I was honestly misled by the pictures of the facility online, and I was highly upset by the quality of the faucets on the bathtub, they were old and rusted and hard to turn I. Also, have a picture of a centipede of some type with stingers on it that stung my granddaughter, while in bed and killed another one on the floor I have pictures of that, I was honestly disappointed.”

“Good location for easy access to the I-35 corridor. Could hear the interstate noise, however, and although I had reserved a king bed room, they only had 2 queen bed rooms available. The room had a mildew smell, damp carpet and cracked sink.”
