“Our stay at Desa Di Bali was lovely. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for three nights in one of the 3 bedroom villas and we loved it. Would definitely recommend this villa. It takes around 15 minutes to go to Canggu or Seminyak but the hotel was very helpful and organized a scooter for us. Took under one hour to get the scooter delivered, amazing service. The area is quiet and perfect if you want a calm and relaxed get a way. But as I said, it only takes a few minutes with scooter if...

“Fantastiskt boende i ett lugnt område endast 5 minuter från huvudgatan. Otroligt trevlig personal och väldigt fina rum med stilfull inredning. Maten var också jättegod och man kunde få frukosten serverad till sin balkong/uteplats vilket kändes superlyxigt. Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet, det var ett av de bästa boende under hela vår 3-veckors vistelse på Bali. ”

“Mr. & Mrs. Ketut were amazing hosts, anything we needed was immediately provided. The offered room service from 730am-2130 pm, which was a huge benefit especially since we were up very early for a few tours and not interested in going to a restaurant. The Villa was beautiful and private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I hour from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown center. Our hosts make our trip to Bali very special and if the opportunity arrives, we will stay there again.”

"Very nice and affordable 5 star place in the middle of everything. Saves time and money since you dont need the daily transfers m you otherwise typically need. And keep in mind Ubud traffic is the definition of chaotic (in a charming kind of way). There is one “however” and that is breakfast. Looks good but tastes… let’s say not so much. However, it is not a dealbreaker. There are lots of nice affordable places on the street outside. "

"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed. The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
