“The staff are lovely but the condition of the cabin we stayed in was unfortunately not great at all. Everything looks to be water damaged (or just aged?) with the bottoms of the cabinets and cupboards chipped away. The bathroom mirror was also chipped and aged all along the bottom, and the sink was chipped/aged. Everything was clean and the bed and linens clean and fresh but it feels very old and unfortunately, not maintained. Our cabin was right next to the common facilities so the bedroom was...

“Jättefin lägenhet med delvis utsikt mot marinan/vattnet. Trevlig receptionist. Kändes tryggt och säkert. Superbra med låst garageparkering. Hade önskat det var gratis wifi (gick att använda stadens men det funkade ej så bra alltid. Särskilt inte inomhus) Hade också önskat någon slags fitnessrum/gym. Väldigt livligt (läs högljutt) nedanför hotellet på kvällarna från restaurangen nedanför.”

“Gwens Hideaway provided more than what i expected. very cute unique place. we ran out of tea bags and they were very quick to top them up. Very friendly place and space, definite recommendation 😀 favourite part was when we arrived back late in the evening, the house was lit up with xmas lights. very hard to miss our destination ”

“Loved it. So peaceful and quiet. Very private rooms, looking out onto green grass and trees - such a nice escape from the city. Absolutely loved our three course meal - food came hot, steak cooked to perfection, the prawns were so yummy that some of our plates were suspiciously clean at the end. I really like having a big wardrobe so I can hang up clothes and not live out of the case, and it was even big enough to put the case away - so that was good. Thanks for having us!”
