“What a beautiful spot - quiet location but near stores and shopping in a fairly walkable neighborhood. Jaw-dropping view from our 2nd floor porch. The apartment was perfect for our needs, with plenty of linens etc and a beautiful kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or BBQ facilities”

Close enough to the creek that you can hear it, far away enough that you don't hear people's noisy frolicking. ;)- There's a nice hike just a short walk away, and we cooled off in the creek afterward. A very good rental for the money. We would definitely come back!”

“The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. ”
