Welcome to this charming UPTOWN SEDONA gem in the most coveted part of UPTOWN Sedona WITH TWO ENSUITE MASTER BEDROOMS!!. You are just a 90 SECOND WALK TO THE HEART OF MAIN STREET where you can feast at L'auberge, The Vault, Cowboy Club, Wildflower Bread Company, and the coveted Elote and Oaxaca Mexican restaurants just to name a few. PINK JEEP TOURS is literally across the street.
The beautifully crafted home boasts 3 well appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home also showcases beautiful artwork from local Sedona artists throughout.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with premium linens and duvet as well as ensuite bathroom. TPT LIc # 21577095 City of Sedona STR #032896
Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom , and bedroom 3 has two twin beds with private access to front patio which overlooks the red rocks. This property offers a cozy retreat for all guests so curl up in front of the big screen TV and fireplace in the spacious living room and take in the views!!
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and filtered water and ice maker from the refrigerator. The backyard is peaceful and quiet and hosts a large hot tub big enough for you and 5 guests!!

Great Stay

This house is lovely, great location. We loved the hot tub in the evenings after it cooled off. Walking distance to so much and a short drive to hiking.

Perfect house for an amazing vacation!

From check in to check out this house was nothing but perfection! Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor living space was gorgeous with a beautiful sitting area and hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious. We walked to town every night which was so helpful as traffic in the area was poor. Everything we needed was provided! Would highly recommend!

Birthday weekend

We stayed (4 women) for a long weekend. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to shops, dining, and pink jeep tours. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Nicely updated home. Owner was very welcoming and responsive to all questions. Home was very clean. Kitchen well appointed. Super location as we enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops, but it also allowed for short drives to various hiking trails. Yard is nicely landscaped with several shaded spots to sit. Plus the hot tub and fire table were pleasant extras. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

The house is an ideal location to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved the backyard, we grilled and ate outside around the table, played games, and went in the hot tub. The house is very clean. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Only con was the 2 bathrooms could only be accessed by walking through each of the 2 bedrooms so if your staying in the 3rd room just be aware other than that house was amazing would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, immaculate house

We had a great stay at this extremely clean, well appointed home. The location couldn’t be better for walking to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely rent again when back in Sedona.

Amazing time in Sedona - Fantastic House

The owner was super communicative with all information. He was very responsive to any questions or needs we have. He totally made it feel like we were visiting a friend's house who happened to be out of town. The backyard space was awesome as well as the living room / fireplace. We will definitely be back to Sedona, and will certainly look to stay here again.

Great Sedona Home

There were 4 adults that stayed in the house. The house was very clean and plenty of space and amenities. Location was perfect. Very central. Close to many resturants and shopping. There was a hotub which we used and ran perfect. Great backyard. Host was great, check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a perfect location!

This place was perfect for our trip to Sedona. Clean, close to everything, and great views. The owner was very responsive, and we would definitely stay there again! My only feedback would be to have the twin bed rooms closer to a bathroom, as little kids may struggle to work their way across the house at night.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property and will be returning in the future. The property has everything you need in a home away from home. There are plenty of places to hang out inside and outside the property. The location was close to everything in town and walkable to lots of restaurants.

Great location, cute house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect Uptown location where we could walk to tons of places but tucked away to be peaceful and quiet. Although it was just my husband and I, it could accommodate a couple’s trip or even two smaller families perfectly. We loved the backyard and hot tub, so nice after long hikes.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

My husband and I brought our two daughters (8 months old and 2.5 year old) and mother in-law to Sedona and this house was perfect for us! Very clean, well stocked, great location. We had zero complaints and will definitely book this home again when we get back to Sedona! Communication was great with the owner as well!

Spring Break Stay

A++ Can’t say enough good things about this property. Not only is it a fantastic location (walking distance to tons of shops and dining), but the home itself was beyond our expectations. The owners/management staff has anticipated every creature comfort to make it a 5 star stay (ie. waiting package of goodies on arrival, fully stocked k-cup choices, labeled cabinets for ease of locating what you need in the kitchen, plush towels, extra pillows and blankets, and much more). The place was immaculately clean. Hot tub was great and in perfect working condition. Tastefully decorated and well maintained property. Only drawback (which wasn’t a big deal for us), is that both full baths are en suites and only accessible through bedrooms. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Sedona area.
