“Ok overall but pools not open for children and sauna not included which was two big minuses for us”

“One of the most pleasant stays in my experience, a very small hotel that feels more like a home, warm, cozy, welcoming, respectful and helpful... I am so happy”

“Convenient”

“No elevator”

“Underbar pool.

“Richard was amazing and friendly, and even helped carry my bag up the stairs. I hadn’t read the notices and arrived without letting him know, but as soon as I called, he quickly made his way over to let me in. Other than the number of stairs, which was a minor issue, the place as a whole has a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of hostels gone by. Adorned with faces and Post-it notes from previous occupants, it has a certain warmth about it that makes it perfect for a solo traveller. The private...

“Very nice hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was also very nice and felt clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Would really recommend!”

Tack korea 🇰🇷🙏”

“Horrible experience! There is no actual staff at this place, just a tablet in the lobby. I made a small mistake with my reservation, but there was nobody available to help me fix it. I contacted the property, and they told me to request a refund through Expedia. I followed their instructions, but they refused to approve the refund anyway. Why tell me to contact Expedia if you have no intention of helping? I understand the reservation was non-refundable, but the complete lack of customer service...

“It was ok , good location, staff was good, rooms are plain, no breakfast”
