THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM VACASA, VRBO, AND THE PROPERTY OWNER
Avoid VRBO, Vacasa, and this property owner at all costs. All of my issues were unaddressed and ignored AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS & CALLS - COMPLETE SCAM! There are so many problems with this property that there is not enough room to put them in this review - cameras with audio are INSIDE AND OUTSIDE this property and YOU ARE WATCHED by the owner; 1/3 of this property is blocked off, including use of the garage, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "ENTIRE HOUSE"; couldn't get access to the boat ramp for 3 DAYS; couldn't use the elevator for 5 DAYS; you will wait for repair people during YOUR ENTIRE STAY; never had access to kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs, etc.; outside furniture is old, dry rot and unusable; their "modern appliances" are over 23 years old and the refrigerator is sketchy; the house is filthy; the kitchen floor is so heavily warped, uneven, spongy, and wavy from inside water damage that it is literally a trip hazard; former tenant clothing left behind and soiled linens on the closet floor; the owner will SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED to use his boat and ramp; NO CURTAINS in any bedroom so be ready to be up at dawn. YOU WILL GET NOWHERE with VRBO, Delaware Vacasa or their employees Brittaney Hastings, Kendall D., Zach H., or Daniel H., who were all emailed and/or called. Disgraceful! Shame on all of you!
