“This home is larger than it appears on photos. Very clean. Pool was fantastic. Only negatives are the pool chaise loungers are broken and the grill has broken burners and is dangerous. Other than those 2 things this place is a 10 out of 10”

“A very clean and beautiful home! Everything we needed to come to Florida for a vacation visit was right at our fingertips! The place was clean, and in absolute top shape and we had 0 issues coming and going! Everything in the house worked as intended, so when we wanted to escape the heat and watch tv, or prepare a meal to escape eating out all that was needed was a quick trip to the store to get the food! We werent more than 15 minutes away from the beach, and the neighborhood was awesome! 0...

“We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the beaches, entertainment and the Pinellas walking/biking trail, which our dogs loved. The home was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The open floor plan was great and the back yard was perfect for spending time outside. Thank you for sharing your home.”

“This house had everything we needed to enjoy time with our family. The detailed listing tells you exactly what the house offers, which is a lot. The open kitchen/dining area gave our family a great location to hang out when instead while the pool area was perfect at all times of the day and night. The house is close to the beach and many great restaurants. Nothing to complain about here as the host is fantastic. ”

“Family of 10 here, we had a great time! The house was great, it’s in a perfect location. We wanted to extend our trip for two days and the host was able to accommodate us! ”

“Stayed with my wife and sons. House was clean and property manager was excellent at communicating when any issue came up. Stayed at this property a couple years ago and wanted to return. Only negative was the pool is not screened and mosquitos were significantly worse with this trip than on our previous visit. Again, the house was clean, the communication was excellent and the location is minutes from everything we wanted to get to. Would recommend. ”

“Wow! This property was beautiful. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the host & house were amazing! It was odd when it came with limited things (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) but we didn't mind. We had so much fun here!! What a great place to stay. There were 13 of us total.”

“We had 9 women stay here and it was a wonderful vacation with plenty of room and we loved the pool and hot tub area! I would recommend upgrading a few of the mattresses and maybe adding more fans people can use…some are older and run hotter! ;-) Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to Indian Rocks beach which avoids the more touristy effect of Clearwater and the beach is beautiful! Lots of stores and restaurants close by! I may bring my little kids back next time!”
