Close to everything and still calm
Nice villa in the middle of everything but still calm and safe. Nice having private pool and breakfast made upon request in our own kitchen. Looks a bit old and have had its glory days. Little too expensive for what you get. Stayed at better villas for cheaper price.

Fin villa med härlig pool i trevliga Seminyak
En fin prisvärd bungalow, vi bodde i en 2 bedroom villa, med en trevlig trädgård och bra (stor) privat pool. Stora utrymmen och bra planlösning, inklusive två sofffgrupper, stort matbord och en avskild tv "hörna". Sköna sängar, tillgång till stereo & kabel-tv (3 stycken). Lite märklig entré till hotellområdet som består av en lång smal väg med bitvis höga murar på bägge sidorna, men väl inne blir man väl omhändertagen av både vakter, reception, trädgårdsmästare, Poolskötare och "butler" mfl. Frukosten serveras i villan och innehåller tre alternativ,” tropical”, ”American” eller ”Indonesian” Breakfast. Vi hade möjlighet att kostnadsfritt få tvättat kläder, vilket gör att man kan resa med lite mindre bagage. Villorna ligger 7-8 minuters gångväg från stranden, elller 10 minuter med taxi från Seminyak-torget. Vi stannade dock gärna kvar i villan för attt njuta av poolen och den vackra trädgården/miljön. Vi hade en härlig vecka och skulle gärna välja detta hotell igen om/när vi besöker Seminyak nästa gång.

Egen pool, housekeeper och trädgårdsmästare
Hittade av en slump denna villa där vi bodde sex nätter på en tre veckors rundresa på Bali med en 9-åring. Reklamen var blygsam men boendet en mycket positiv överraskning. Varje morgon kommer en housekeeper med assistent och lagar färsk frukost i villans egna kök medan trädgårdsmästaren fixar den egna poolen o trädgården. Laundrys-service dagligen ingår. Lugnt läge i Seminyak. Kort vacker promenad till stranden via gränder bakom villorna. Security dygnet runt känns tryggt. Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter och promenader. Effektiv, trevlig och mycket tillmötesgående personal! Vackra rum i balinesisk stil med badrum utomhus. Välutrustade ombonade lägenheter ger känslan av att vara hemma.

スタッフはとても親切で、終始気持ち良く利用させてもらいました。 ヴィラに入る道がとても狭く、タクシーの運転手さんが苦労していましたが、中は別世界って感じでした。 広くとられたスペースにプールや、天蓋付きベッドがあって、すごく南国風でした。

We had a great stay at Dyana Villas. The villa was lovely and spacious with a great sized, clean pool with plenty of space to relax. We were there with some other families so it was fantastic all being able to have our own villas and space but be in the same complex. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Only negative was the showers which were pretty old and could be updated.

We loved our stay at the Dyana Villas. The private pool was cleaned every day and it had the perfect temperature to swim at any time of the day. The rooms are specious, comfortable and clean. All the amenities were perfect. The ladies that cleaned and made breakfast for us were very friendly.

Super Villa ouverte avec piscine. La Maison n’est pas des plus moderne mais très bien entretenu avec du mobilier balinais. Le petit déjeuné vous est préparé à la Villa le matin ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. La femme de chambre a proposé un technicien lorsqu’elle a entendu que notre Clim faisait un peu de bruit.

3rd stay in the Villas.
My 3rd time staying at Dyana Villas and will definetely stay here in the future. Wasnt overall satisfied in Deluxe Villa 8. Was expecting a bit more for a Deluxe Villa. Needs a lot of maintenance. Great friendly staff work here and love the cooked breakfasts each morning in the Villa. Close to restaurants, shops and clubs.

Beautiful property. Equipment and amenities were not the newest but overall very clean and very comfortable stay. The floor in our bedroom was exceptionally clean! Our housekeeper, Sara, made the best Nasi Goreng every morning, better than any of the Nasi Goreng we had in restaurants. Location was really great as well, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and lots of restaurants/bars on the main road just a few minutes walk away...yet the property was tucked in off the main road so it was not too loud.

The villa was well maintained including the pool and the staffs can communicate english. Down sides were the lobby was close on 6pm where you cannot even seek for assistance except security guards! Security guard even asked for tips after they offered assistance. Overall acceptable place to stay

디아나 빌라스 강추입니다^^
스미냑에서 나름 번화가에 위치해있고, 조용하고 편안하게 잘쉬다왔습니다. 걸어서 2~3분거리에 식당.각종샵.마사지샵.편의점(환전소 같이 있는데 24시간이라 편하고 밑장빼기 이런거 전혀없었어요. 환율도 다른데랑 비슷) 10분정도 거리에는 스미냑비치가 있구요. 프라이빗하게 쉴수있어서 좋았어요. 세팀의 가족이 가서 3베드룸 풀빌라였는데 굉장히 넓고 수영장도 꽤 컸어요. 매일 아침9시에 관리인 아저씨가 조용히 오셔서 수영장 수질관리랑 정원관리하시고 사라지십니다 ㅎㅎ 5일동안 숙박했는데 너무 잘 지내서 발리에서 오기 싫을정도였어요. 대가족이 지내기에 충분히 넓고 저렴한듯요. 단점은~ 화장실ㅠㅠ 수압이 좀 약해서 아침에 주방쪽이랑 수영장 물채울때 화장실에서는 물이 안나오네요. 제가 묵었던 방은 괜찮았었는데 다른가족이 묵었던 대문쪽에 별실같은 방이 있었는데 거기 딸린 화장실에서 냄새가 좀 났었나봐요. 반개방형(천장이 반오픈?)이라 나름 신선하긴 했는데 볼일볼때는 살짝 신경쓰이더라구요 ㅎㅎ 고거빼고는 나름 엄청 만족하고 왔답니다.

2度目の利用でしたが、再び素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。 ビンタンスーパーマーケットまで歩いて行けるため、お土産も全て安く購入することもできました。また部屋にキッチン用品がほとんど揃っているため果物を購入して部屋で食べたりすることもできました。スミニャックのビーチまでも徒歩圏内で、間にもお土産屋さん、ショッピング街があるためとても充実しています。朝ごはんもとても美味しく、部屋の清掃も毎日行き届かせて頂きとても良い環境でした。アジア人が少なく、ヨーロッパの方が多いなと印象を受けました。繁華街の近くのわりに、とても静かです。またバリに行った際には利用します。

Really liked the villa, however there seemed to be a lot of mozzies in the living / kitchen area during the day. The staff were helpful and kind however we were worried about the mozzies and moved to a hotel mid-stay as my partner had already had dengue previously and getting it a second time is super dangerous.

Thank you for your recent stay and your feedback, we appreciate this to improve our service. as we are villas complex with garden and open living air plus we are on the tropic country, we can not guarantee if there is no mozzie in the villa. we do spraying regulary to reduce it at least twice a month and we are also provide coil, spraying and net in the villa. if you are travel with that background, it will be better to stay in the hotel because if in the villa especially in Bali, you will be face the same situation like here. thank you and hope to see you again in the future

Excellent!
Excellent service and very nice villas! We enjoyed our stay!! Very helpful stuff, we need to organise a transfer to gili air and they booked transfers for us. They also cooked really nice breakfast for us! Everything was great!

스미냑에서묵는가면다시한번꼭갈예정입니다 그보다 더좋은평점은없을거예요^ 오토바이 차량경적소리가 전혀없고 중심가와 바다중간에 위치해서 걸어서 10분내외면 다 갈수있어요

ベッドルーム以外は全てオープンエアですが、思ったよりも蚊は少なかったです。 赤ちゃん連れだったのでベビーベッドを事前にお願いしました。しかし、2ベッドルームでもバスタブはどちらの部屋にも付いていなかったので大変でした。 ウォーターサーバーがもう少し清潔に保たれていると嬉しいですね。 プールは毎朝清掃してくださるので綺麗でした。 朝食はシンプルなので、近くのカフェやレストランで食べるのをおススメします。

I was pleasantly surprised by the huge area of the villa however the amenities were of very poor quality especially the shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen cabinet was kind of rugged and had a damp smell to it. The pool area is nice but you can expect a lot of worms and insects ( I encountered earthworms, centipedes/millipedes/toads). Also there is an open drain on the way to the villa which gives a very foul sewage-y smell every time you walk pass it. Villa itself if very clean and well kept.

The property was clean a d tidy upon arrival and our maid service came everyday to change out towels and do a general tidy. Linen was clean. The pool was cleaned and checked on every morning as well.
