Vi skulle kunna bo här igen
Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på The Wolas. Personal var väldigt vänlig, hälsade alltid och hjälpte gärna till och dem allra flesta kommer ihåg ditt namn. Hälften av personal talar bra engelska. Villan är väldigt bra inredd, allt fanns som man kan tänkas behövas(utan strykjärn/bräda). Tvättservice finns(vi använde det inte).Vi testade roomservice några gånger, maten var bra och tog max 20min. Frukosten är a la carte och bra. En anledning varför vi bokade The Wolas var den privata poolen, dock var den väldigt grön och såg smutsig ut. Jag sa till i receptionen vid tre olika tillfällen att den behöver göras ren, att den var smutsig. Vid tredje tillsägelsen(i slutet på resan) gjorde dem rent den. Vi skulle också uppskatta om det fanns köksredskap i köket så man själv skulle kunna laga något ibland. Hotellet kan anordna utflykter runt om på ön(vi bokade på eget håll), och erbjuder mopeduthyrning(som vi använde hela vistelsen). Hotellet erbjuder skjuts från hotellet två gånger per dag som tar dig till Kuta, Seminyak beach eller Sanur. Vi skulle absolut stanna här igen

Drömboende!
Fantastiskt hotel med allt man kan önska sej för en fin semester. Stort uterum med kök och egen pool, fantastiskt badrum och härligt sovrum.

Det som alla hotell på bali kan ordna är en moped med fäste för surfbräda. Antingen så har dem det eller så ringer dem någon och ordnar det. Wolas Villa and Spa hade inte detta och kunde heller inte ordna det, vilket man kan förvänta sig av ett hotell av den standarden. Dessutom saknades visa förståelse för tex upphängning av blöta kläder efter utcheckning, då vi hade 9h kvar innan vårt flyg skulle lyfta. Även det hade jag förväntat mig av detta hotell.

Comfortable villa resort
We, a couple, had a great and carefree stay in one of their single bedroom villas, the pictures don't lie, the pool is big enough, living area and bedroom spacious and clean. It was very quiet, no outside disturbance and we were left to ourselves unless we needed something, the people working there were awesome! Breakfast was ordinary but good, they serve it to your bedroom! Having said all that not everything was perfect. Our Villa did show some age, there were signs of water damage along the walls, mould was visible on both kitchen and bedroom walls and especially under the sink in the bathroom. Air-conditioning dripping water on bedroom sofa (they couldn't fix it on two attempts while we were there). We also discovered a broken pipe and leaking water so they had to turn off the water so they could fix it, all the while we were having our evening cocktails ;-) The faucets weren't firmly fixed to the sink and bath-tub. But that is all small stuff. We did have a great stay and we didn't regret it.

Very friendly staff at The Wolas. The villa is large and comfortable, with a nice pool but too much chlorine. The property is starting to look a little tired. Not the best location.

The Private pool is the best thing and made the stay quite nice . Outdoor area is beautiful. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Property feels safe. Biggest issue is mosquitos ,completely covered in mozzie bites by the end of it and so uncomfortable. Property is nice but not cleaned very well.

It is regrettable that I could not experience the many wonderful things about this property similar to what the other distinguished guests had shared here before. Pros: The pool, we really enjoyed a private pool to our own. The staff are very courteous, especially Agus and Sam. The breakfasts are quite good. Cons: there is no handheld shower, which led to inconvenience. The biggest issue above ALL is that the villa is infested with BED BUGS. I thought the stings were from mosquitoes because they told us there be would many. However, we found there are BED BUGS, and the staff confirmed it, and somehow still failed to sterilise the villa with high temperature steam. The problem persisted even when they offered to relocate us to another villa. I thought the General Manager could at least have communicated personally with us about this, but he did not. On the second to the last day of our stay the housekeeping team didn’t even bother to come, which was appalling to me. This property has lost its function as an accommodation to me, as I failed to even sleep at night. I should have just left earlier and look for some more reliable hotels instead. Even now when I am writing this, I’m still under medical treatment on the ongoing effects of the BUGS. Once again, the staff themselves are wonderful, and I have to thank Mr. Anom for the lift to the airport. The problem lies with the management, as a result, I could not recommend this property.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which has been a positive aspect of my experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall condition of the property. Additionally, there is an issue with mosquitoes, and I feel that the management should take steps to address this concern.

My husband and I came to Wola’s for our honeymoon. This was our first time in Asia and after 2 days of the 5 staying in The Wola’s we already wanted to stay longer in Bali because we loved it. So we even extended our stay and wanted to stay longer at the Wola’s. But unfortunately they were fully booked! And we definitely understand that because it was AMAZING!!! The staff was amazing! Their service was top notch!! The pictures of the room didn’t do it justice, because it looked even better in real life! The breakfast was tasty and you had a lot of choice and they weren’t greedy! You got more than enough food! Most of the time even too much! We got every day free afternoon tea time in the restaurant. Dinner was GREAT!! Normally we don’t eat alot at the hotel/resort we stay at. We ate at the hotel 4 out of the 5 days we were there, because we wanted to try everything! There was nothing I didn’t like and my husband and I can be picky. He loved the lambchops. We are now at the Gili Islands and I keep looking online if maybe someone cancels their reservation so that we can come back but it’s still fully booked! A big shout out to Anom. He is the manager. He made sure that everything went smoothly. He advised us in everything and was always reachable via whatsapp (even when he was off work). If you are coming to bali and you want to experience luxury/comfort and good service. Search no further, Wolas is all you need

The Wolas is situated in the heart of Seminyak yet it feels so peaceful and quiet within its walls. The villas are roomy, comfortable and very private. The staff here are amazing! So welcoming & friendly without being intrusive. We have stayed many times and will again. Our home away from home in Bali.

A peaceful oasis in the vibrant bustling Seminyak. Every time we would come back to the hotel from walking around town we would be greeted by the friendly staff and tranquil flute music in the lobby. It was a beautiful stay. This was our first time staying in a villa with a private pool…what a luxury! We would gladly come back.

We absolutely loved the space in the one bedroom Villa. Pool was awesome. Staff so lovely and always happy to see you. Had the room decorated for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, they did a great job. Candle light dinner for two was very romantic as well. Great breakfast. Loved my massage at the Villa as well. About 30min walk to beach. Shops everywhere on the way. Would love to go back there one day. Thanks to all at the Wolas Villa and Spa.

The villa was amazing ! Felt very new and modern. The pool is the perfect size and the outdoor area was perfect to get some work / reading in as it was so cozy. The bed is so so comfy and big as well. The shower is a really good size but the pressure and temperature kept changing by itself. Definitely needs more lighting in the bathroom as it was really hard to see at night or if it was overcast but overall the bathroom was very spacious and they provide a bunch of amenities. The staff were AMAZING and we will definitely be back!

The staff are fantastic, very curteous, polite and helpful. The grounds and cleanliness were fab. The matress was very hard and impacted sleep time. I ordered a hotel taxi to pick us up from the airport, however there was a miscommunication at the hotel end, and wasnt there. I called up a d the hotel promptly dispatched a driver. There was a waiting time.

Beautiful and comfortable villa, only problem was noisy air con unit in bedroom area, so turned it off, and turned up one in bathroom area to help sleeping. Told reception, so hope they will fix it.

I stayed at the Wolas Villas with my wife and 4 year old for 13 nights. It was a fantastic stay made even better by all of the staff who are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They simply couldnt do enough for us and we are so grateful. The villa is beautiful, clean and quiet. It had all of the amenities we required to enjoy our stay. The breakfasts were excellent and tasted fresh everyday. We ate lunch and dinner a couple of times and that was also fantastic. We arranged transport to and from the airport which was so easy and reassuring directly with Wolas. Overall a fantasic stay and would highly recommend.

Staff are very hospitable and service is excellent. Restaurant is very good and the villas are luxurious. Good location with a lot of tourist places a short taxi ride (or use the free shuttle from the villas) away. Convenience stores and a few good restaurants a short walk down the road. The spa on site is well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the villa, very spacious and lovely layout, also loved the staff they are all very friendly and courteous, we would recommend this resort to all those who are seeking a tranquil but convenient location most things within 10min scooter ride... This resort is aimed at adult stay... Highly recommended

We stayed at Wolas with our two young children. These villas are lovely but they are better suited to adults as the two bedroom villas aren’t interconnecting which we didn’t realise until we arrived. The staff at the Wolas are great to deal with and provide genuine service A great place for adults, not recommended for children

A fabulous place to stay, lovely staff, clean huge rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic private pool. Quiet, private rooms. Highly recommend. Only place i will stay on future trips to Bali.
