Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire villa, whether you're a couple or a group of six.
Villa Eleni features three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds — each with a private ensuite that includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bidet toilet.
Our villa offers elegant accommodation for up to six guests, with each of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to host two guests in comfort and style.
Children are included in this occupancy and will enjoy the same luxurious bedding—either in their own bed or by sharing one of the available beds. Kindly note that additional beds are not provided.
For guests traveling with an infant, a high-quality crib can be arranged upon request for an additional fee payable direct to the supplier company. We recommend requesting this in advance to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Please be aware that, in keeping with the villa’s design and aesthetic, temporary pool fencing is not permitted on the property.
In addition, there are a number of potted plants around the pool area which will provide a foothold for children to climb over the fence and this represents a serious safety hazard. For families with young children, we suggest using approved flotation devices such as certified life vests to help ensure safety around the pool area.
The Staff
Made is our Villa Manager and is available to attend to any request.
Lisna is our Housekeeper and is responsible, along with Made, for the daily villa cleaning, bedmaking and general tidying whilst you are in residence.
Kadek is our Pool Attendant and he is responsible for 3 times weekly, vacuuming of the pool, sanitation of the water and tidy up around the pool surrounds.
Wayan is our preferred driver. He assists with airport transfers and tours if required.
The Neighbourhood
5 minute walk or ride to Seminyak’s best spots and currency exchange.
We are blessed to have all of Seminyak's 5 star restaurants within easy walking distance.
Two gourmet supermarkets in very close proximity where you can purchase, meat, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables and other general groceries. Most impressive is the ready to eat meals and salads. There is also a boutique Turkish cafe within one of the supermarkets serving the most delicious sweet morsels.

Check-in is 2pm however complimentary early check-in may be possible depending upon guests checking out. Please enquire when booking.
Secure luggage storage is available at Seminyak Luggage Storage close to the villa prior to check-in if required.
Alternatively your luggage can be securely stored in our under cover motorcycle parking area, chained to the wall and until you return for checkin.
With adjacent 24 hour security it will be perfectly safe. We will tip the security people on your behalf.
For a swift check-in, a code to a lock box will be provided via email 30 minutes prior to check-in to gain access to the key to the villa.
Made, our Villa Manager will make contact and introduce himself after you arrive.
Check-out is 10am however if you would like a complimentary 12noon check-out it will be dependent upon new guests checking in the same day.
If you wish to have an extended checkout after 12noon, we charge Rp 150.000 per hour for every hour after 12noon up to 5pm.
Should you require a checkout past 5pm, a full night charge will be levied.
