Trots att det är ett stort hotell komplex med många rum och privata villor så upplever du inte det som negativt utan här får du möjlighet att njuta av allt som hotellet har att erbjuda på ett familjärt och genuint gästvänligt sätt. Ta dig tid och utforska och använd dig av hotell områdes kartan. Vi hittade ett litet bibliotek att byta dina lästa böcker till andra samt härliga massagestolar. Det finns flera pooler att välja på och det är mycket nära till beachen. Vi valde att äta alla våra måltider på hotellet. Det finns flera restauranger att välja på. Ett besök i Seminyak hann vi med, shuttle bus från hotellet och en skön 30min promenad hem rekommenderas. Vi kommer komma tillbaka inom kort till detta hotell. Exemplarisk service och en skön avkopplande vistelse."

"Personnel were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. The hotel was a good location, and great price. I was lucky to get a room away from all the street/club noise. Whole hotel needs refurbished. Bed was comfortable, but don’t think my sheets were changed more than once on my two week stay. Housekeeping wasn’t very consistent or thorough. Had to ask to have my room cleaned several times, and almost never wiped down the bathroom/toilet. Pool chairs were broken, pool was dirty, restaurant was slow. For the price, it was worth it, but definitely wouldn’t go back. Great location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, bars."

"WOW! couldn't have asked for a better hotel, service or location. Everything was absolutely perfect, truly a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Gorgeous pools, Seaview, restaurants. An extra plus was the morning Wellness activities like yoga and breath work in the chapel overlooking the sea. The staff are also incredible, they all knew our name as soon as we arrived. Very professional and service minded. I felt like a queen. I would love to stay here again. I understand why they have guest staying here for their 5th or 10th time. Strongly recommend! "
