“Property itself was clean ,there only four bath towels and not any kind of towels was available I think it is not reasonable for 3 day stay:only the issue we had was the sink was leaking cause the screw was missing and it was easy fix and we were not able to use kitchen sink.”

“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”

“No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.”

Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! “Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here”

“When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“The room is clean and very convenient to the area, walking distance from the mall if you love shopping. Just dont forget to bring personal stuff such shampoo, soap etc coz it not provided. And more relaxing if only two person checking in as the room is very tiny and no enough space for group of 4 persons.”

“The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself. ”
