B&B i Sendero Bosque 1968 Trail

“You don't stay in Arenal for the area around the B&Bs. You go to Arenal because it's funky and quiet and friendly . We return to Casa Donna Rosa for the welcoming owners and most of all for the fantastic breakfast preparations. I have only been gone one day and I miss their breakfasts already. Home baked Challah in think hunks with baked crisp finish the their french toast...yumm even before you try adding the smear of preserves. Great Costa Rican coffee is served with pots of wam milk. ”

“Highly recommended location, I really enjoyed staying here at this family run B&B. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, my room was great, very quiet and comfy. The gardens are lovely and there is a great little deck to watch the sunset. Although the place is down and unpaved road I was only in a tiny 2wd car and this (and everywhere else in the area) easily accessible, just take it very slow. Would definitely stay here again ”

“This place gives good value for money. Immaculate facilities, great service, nice breakfast and only a couple of minutes walk to the center of Santa Elena. The only small complaint I would mention is that it was rather cold in the room and no way to monitor the temperature in the room.”

“Rent rum och ägaren hjälpte oss med att planera både vår vistelse och vår resa vidare. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig! Han gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att hjälpa till. God och stadig frukost. Vi råkade äta på Charlys på hörnet en kväll, gör inte det! Gå istället till sodan la tortilla som ligger i närheten eller gå ner till centrum. För att komma från centrum är det branta backar uppför, men det gick absolut att promenera.”

“Un très bon service à la réception, la jeune fille a la réception nous a grandement aidé a réserver une activité avec un guide, et nous a accommodé pour que nous aillons le petit déjeuner plus tôt. Le petit déjeuner à la carte était très bon. Proche de la ville, mais assez éloigné pour la tranquillité. Les chambres sont confortables. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. ”

“Från hotellet tog det knappt 10 minuter att gå in till centrum, men det var en rejäl uppförsbacke på tillbakavägen. Personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga. De hjälpte oss både med att boka shuttle till hotellet och när vi skulle vidare till nästa ställe. De hjälpte även till med att boka utflykter och hade mycket information om dem.”
