“Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! ”

“This is a great home away from home. The newly added back porch allows for early morning and evening lake watching, regardless of the weather. It’s good value for the money.”

“Absolutely perfect stay!!! We stayed at Sunset Haven a couple years ago and never thought we could top our stay there, it was wonderful. Sunset Oasis topped it! Both places were awesome but the view from the upstairs bedroom at Oasis is breathtaking! The hot tub was amazing with another fantastic view! We can't wait to come back. Thank you Paul!”

“We had a great stay the view is amazing and beds were comfy and we enjoyed time in the back living room. I would say appeal the landscaping seemed to not be done that took away but not a big think. Also there was slight smell of pets but once we light the candles it wasn’t an issue after the first few hours. We really had a great time and Steve was very responsive which was amazing. ”

“We were there for my daughter’s graduation from HWS. Very convenient to the campus but 12 minutes away it was such a peaceful location. Clean, well appointed, and very comfy. ”

“What a great spot! We really enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed porch, sitting on the beach, watching birds go by and generally relaxing. It did take us a little time to figure out the HVAC, but once we had it dialed in we were good. Excellently stocked kitchen with all of the pots and pans you could need. No basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc) so we bought our own, which was not a big deal. Only challenge was the nice-looking knives were not at all useful. If those could get updated I'm sure others...

“The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. We also enjoyed the lack of TV/electronics as it was a good way to enjoy the scenery and unplug for the weekend. We did have to bring our own linens and towels which would...
