Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. “Place was amazing! The check in process was so smooth. Able to meet the host and he was extremely accommodating. The cabin was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. Bathrooms and showers on the property were very clean as well. The property grounds were very well kept and the lights at night made the experience even better. Cannot wait to book again! 1000/10”

“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend...

“Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. Minutes from the state park, downtown restaurants and food store. Wood shed on the property was a great convenience for the nighttime fires and stargazing. Highly recommend! ”

“Exciting and comfortable stay with a great, naturally-clean pond for swimming. Just a few minute drive to Watkins Glenn and remote enough to relax without any noises. Furnishings were all new or like new condition. ”
