“Travellers, particularly those coming from overseas, PLEASE BE WARNED. I would strongly recommend that you think twice before booking this hotel. We travelled from New Zealand to the United States on business and arrived at approximately 12:30 am after a late flight from Chicago. All we wanted was a clean, comfortable hotel room and a decent night’s sleep before an important business meeting. Instead, we walked into what I can only describe as an absolutely disgusting property. The...

“I'm just about 50% sure that I 100% underwent discrimination .”

“Great b-fast!”

“Fabulous room. Dismal breakfast. During check-in,the clerk excited to surprise us with a parking fee. We had Ubered from the airport.”

“Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.”

“René at the front desk was extremely helpful, room was very clean. Would definitely return on our next trip to Louisville.”

“Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious rooms.”

“The property was clean and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The facility is rather dated. The security lock in our door had been ripped off and not repaired. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. The location is convenient to several Louisville attractions. Room prices are economical. Bed was extremely comfortable!”

“I've stayed at this property multiple times and always had a great experience. Hot breakfast was good plus a large selection of other food. The staff was very friendly and truly wanted to make my stay a wonderful experience. My room was very clean and a good supply of towels. The pool was down at the moment but gave us a pass to go across the street to a hospital owned gym and pools which was great, so it wasn't an inconvenience. There was ample parking and well lit. I also wanted to give a...

“First of all, Let’s get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but that’s all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didn’t get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again”

“bra hotell men frukost ingick inte även om det gick att köpa i baren”

“I can’t stop raving about this place! From the views to cleanliness to the convenience in location. This is my new favorite hotel & will be my go to every time I’m in town! For SURE!”
