Direct access from the ground floor leads to a large roofed terrace of 30 square metres, as well as to the swimming pool.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a dedicated dining area and opens onto a south-west facing balcony of 5 square metres, offering a marvellous view of the sea.
