N2 (renoverat hela huset) vitt modernt duplexhus erbjuder modern elegant och komfort för kräsna semesterresenärer. Huset ligger mitt i staden tar 5 minuter till Seoul station tunnelbanor. Hela huset har nyskapande renoverats med ljusa och konstgjorda lätthet av NewYorker vibe och beröring av koreanska detaljer. Hemmet består av 2 sovrum och 2 badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök med ett härligt matbord i marmor, ett mezzanin och en soffa vid fönstret med utsikt över huvudgatan mot Seoul Station.

N2 vitt modernt hus, nyrenoverad duplex nära Seoul Station, erbjuder modern elegant och komfort för kräsna semesterresenärer. Hela huset har nyskapande renoverats med ljusa och konstgjorda lätthet av New Yorker vibe och beröring av koreansk estetik.

N2 härstammar från det första huset Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N) som har vunnit 2016 arkitekturpris och 2015 Vackra hus av Seoul City Major; erbjuder mindre autentiska egenskaper men definitivt mer glad vistelse för större gäster.

Huset har 2 våningar plus en mezzanin med utsikt över matplatsen på andra våningen (pärla N2!). Varje våning har sin egen toalett och duschrum (totalt 2 badrum) för gästernas bekvämlighet.

Utrymmet och bekvämligheterna rymmer fyra gäster bekvämt och upp till åtta gäster vid behov. Du kommer att älska din vistelse i N2!

Det viktigaste matområdet är hjärtat i hemmet. Ligger på andra våningen med sitt spektakulära 5 meter höga tak. Den har 2. 4 meter marmor matbord med fullt utrustat öppet kök, Kartell spegel lampa, Andy Warhol skateboard och rosa spegel av Kartell och en terrass! Andra våningen är där du kan ha en morgon läst av soffan bredvid en förbrukad fönstervägg med utsikt över Seoul Station eller äta & amp; vin efter en lång rundtur i Seoul i matområdet.

På första våningen erbjuder sovrummet en king size-säng med 50 TV. Gästrummet fjädrar två super enkelsängar, båda rummen består av romantiskt exponerade högt i tak, som bevarades i 80 år när det först byggdes. Finns även för din bekvämlighet, tvättmaskin / torktumlare nära den separerade toaletten och duschrummet.

Great location and very clean

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 4. The location is great. Very close to Seoul station and there are a few cafes and bars nearby. Sunny is a responsive host and the property is very clean. The only challenge we had was navigating our way out of Seoul Station when we arrived on the AREX train but after that we had no problems and really appreciated the apartment’s proximity to the subway and other attractions such as Namsan park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The three of us had a pleasant 10-day stay here in late May-early June. Sunny is a responsive and accommodating host. Check in and out process was simple. Airport transportation was arranged for us. House was clean and had plenty of the essentials—towels, hand soap, toilet paper, silverware, cups and dishes. No coffee maker though. There’s an electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. Plenty of coffee shops in the area although most do not open until 11 AM.Entrance to the house takes you to the bottom floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and washer and dryer. Stairs that lead upstairs are very narrow and steep so something to keep in mind when traveling with elders and small children. The one thing this place lacks is a living area with a sofa where you can gather and relax comfortably. I would say it comfortably sleeps 5, maybe 7, if you use the sleeping loft upstairs, more suitable for older kids/young adults. Great water pressure in the showers with plenty of hot water. Showers are spacious and could use a shelf to place personal hygiene items on. A/C units in both bedrooms and kitchen kept the house cool. Beds were comfortable.The best thing about this place is the location. You’re close to everything—Namdaemun Market, the Palace, Seoul Station, Nam San Tower, etc. All within a 10-20 minute walk or a cheap taxi ride. Seoul consists of lots of hills and stairs so come prepared to walk a lot in your most comfortable shoes and have an amazing experience!

Sunny was a great host - quickly responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Seoul.

Great location but not for the one with limited mobility

The owner , Sunny, was great. She was reachable very easily. The location of the property was great, near Seoul station, however, if you have a person with mobility issues , this place can be challenging. The dining room and the second bath room were on the second floor, and there are narrow stairs. From Seoul station to the property, even though it wasn’t far, it was very steep. We worked out just from that. Two people had some knee issues, so it was little tough. But if you don’t have any physical issues, it is a great place to stay.

Great stay near Seoul Station

A nice little property halfway up the hill from Seoul Station to Baekbeom Plaza, which was pretty comfortable for me and two family (all adults). There's a nice, 6-seat dining room table, but lounge seating is limited in the winter to the pull-out loveseat- there's another comfy-looking loveseat and a cafe table on the patio that will be lovely in summer. Stairs are required for entry from street level, and to access kitchen area.Host is very responsive and English instructions were clear. Neighborhood benefits as of early 2025 include several local indie coffee places, a convenient 7-11, and a lovely Italian-fusion bar just downstairs.We'd definitely stay here again.

Great, easy stay

The owner was very communicative. The place was clean. I would argue eight people would have a hard time staying in the house. Nonetheless, it had everything we needed. Stairs are quite steep so be careful!

Brought my family on our first visit to Seoul Korea and chose to stay in this beautiful home located in a nice quite local neighbourhood. We were walking distances to Seoul station, Namdemoon, and Myeongdong. Our host Sunny was amazing, arranged a cab to pick us up from ICN airport to and from the house. Always answered within the day any questions we had. I had the chance to go for a 1.9km run up to Seoul Tower via Namsan trail which was literally around the corner!

Great location, great host

I enjoyed our stay, the location is great, Short Uber rides to many tourist attractions. Walking distance to Seoul Tower, a great morning walk(work out) if you like. Sunny is accommodating and responsive, helping my wife to confirm her hair appointment.

Excellent house and great location

Lovely apartment

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is close to Seoul Station -- great for transit and close enough to several touristic packages

Perfect location in Seoul!

The property was perfectly located within walking distance from Seoul station which made site seeing and traveling through Korea much easier. The 2 story property is clean and spacious. Management was very responsive replying within minutes of requests we made. The 8 of us made excellent use of the full kitchen utilizing Lotte mart at Seoul station for groceries. Would definitely stay again! Sleeping arrangements were easy with the kids and teens upstairs and the adults using downstairs bedrooms. beds in the downstairs bedrooms.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Sunny was a great host, responded quickly and also arranged a taxi from the airport which was so nice and convenient after arriving in Seoul on a long flight.

Great Place for our Family

We enjoyed this modern well kept place that was centrally located within Seoul with excellent subway access. Two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer set up were must haves for our family of 5 and this home provided those amenities. The beds were comfortable and the home was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The air conditioning in all areas kept us comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the property. The owner was very proactive and wanted to make sure we had what we needed and communicated very well. Sunny is a great host. Highly recommend!

Great Home and Sunny was the best host!

Our family found the home to be perfect for us. Everything was as described with the home, location and process. The thing that stood out to me most was our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Sunny helped us book a van from Incheon and back and even helped move times intra-trip. She was so gracious and even answered a couple of questions I had about the area that were totally unrelated to the rental. I have stayed in dozens of host homes and Sunny stands out for going over and above. Thank you so much!!!

Our family's first trip to South Korea

The communication with Sunny prior to us arriving was excellent. She quickly responded to all my questions, from the time I finalized our booking (Jan '23) until our last days of stay (mid June). We booked a private van through her (she only does scheduling) which lessened the stress of arriving in a new country. The driver holds up a sign with your name right outside of Customs lol. We also scheduled the same service for our departure flight. Her property is in an ideal location, given that it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Seoul Station. It made traversing their subway system simpler - most of the other districts are within one train ride or one transfer away. There are so many restaurants within steps from the property.The nearest 7-11 is literally a "stones throw away"... I made the hike up to Namsan Seoul Tower every morning. We would walk down to Namdaemun Market to get some food or shop. The property itself was big enough to accommodate our family comfortably. We are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and 1 adult). The steps up to the property and the stairs inside are quite steep initially, but you get used to it. All the "creature comforts" of home are provided for you. And Sunny is just an email away, and now that you're in the same time zone as her, the responses come back in within minutes. Thank you Sunny for everything. It was truly a great experience and it will always be a part of our first family trip to Seoul.
