Not worth the money. Check in took ages, two huge groups had just arrived and they only had two people on the reception and refused to put more on. No help was offered with my luggage or to find my room. The free airport transfer doesn’t exist - only at certain times that didn’t fit with my flight and it requires booking 48 hours in advance which wasn’t made clear.

This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning. Ket and James

We had an amazing dinner. It was the end of day for fasting and there were 100s of food, desserts and snacks. Absolutely delicious! Shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. Check in was quick. All the staff were great. Wifi was very poor. Had to tether my cell data to laptop to write and send emails. The fridge in the room badly needs a cleaning.

I chose this hotel for the early morning flight. The hotel's facilities, including its design, are excellent and connected to the convention center. I imagine many guests come when fares occur. However, without it, its location is tranquil, with no public transportation connection.

The bathroom has a sliding door for both the toilet entrance and the shower stall. The aluminum metal track on the floor guiding the door is unsecured, leading to water leaking into the toilet room and the main bathroom whenever we showered. My wife and I are senior citizens, we had to be extra cautious when we stepped out.

Staff were not friendly and even a little overview of the facilities at check-in would have been helpful. Rooms are beautiful and hotel close to the airport. Breakfast was amazing! Full international buffet! Airport shuttle is free but only runs every 2 hours so grab needed regardless.

The check in was absolutely horrible! We have travelled a lot and never experienced anything like this.They gave us a room more like a cubby hole.There was no room even for our suitcases.We paid for a deluxe room and after checking my reservation, my husband and myself went down to the lobby to speak with them to let them know they gave us the wrong room. She said, we gave you the wrong room? I told her that the deluxe room has a bathtub. She gave us another room and after waiting 20 minutes, she had our bags moved to the new room. It was a little bigger, but still not the room we paid for. We were getting very tired of this charade! I called customer service to let them know that it was still the wrong room. She asked, does it have a bathtub? No it does not and we would like to speak to the manager. She said that she would send the manager right up. We waited 25 minutes and still no manager. We were very exhausted, frustrated and done! I phoned customer service and she said Are you in your new room, I told her no and that the manager didn’t show up, so we were leaving and to send someone to bring our bags down.We waited in the hallway with our bags.Within 5 minutes a young man; probably in his early 20’s, if that.He said I’ll bring you to your room. I said we have been there and done that and we are leaving. He said that the next room would be the room that we wanted. We both decided to give it one more shot.We got into the room, looked it over and yes it was the right room.

Free airport shuttle (but only every 2 hours)
We choose this hotel because it offers free pick up and drop off to the airport but apparently it's only every 2 hours so we ended up taking a taxi anyway. The bathroom is spacious but the shower and toilet aren't separated well so when you take a shower, some of the water will run into the toilet's floor. The bathtub is nice and big, it looks clean but they didn't clean the water outlet thoroughly because when i was gonna use it I saw black stuff around the water outlet and I had to clean it first with tissue (so obviously it wasn't cleaned thoroughly). The only thing nice was the breakfast.

We had a short stay due to early flight the next day. Hotel room was clean and bed was very comfy. Staff was nice as well. The property itself was a bit quiet, lobby and hallways was a bit dark and stuffy. The only thing i had issue with was their free airport shuttle, they only has service to airport every 2 hours being the property so close to the airport. That was the main reason we stayed there. We eneded up getting grab from hotel to airport, very short distance and it cost us RM 30

DISAPPOINTED STAY!
Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers! The Accor Hotels corporate video shows welcoming drinks for all hotel guest, but none was served. Entered the bedroom. Air-conditioning wasn't cold. Room air-con remained the same till check out - HOT! Air-con was noisy. Shower room water controller didn't have different blue or red color to differentiate the cold or hot water. Called reception to ask and was inform to wait 10 mins before hot water comes on. The bathtub shower feature malfunctioned too. Couldn't enjoy my bath! Requested for late check out when check in. They informed latest check out is 1pm. On actual day, they requested to check out at 12noon instead. When I told them what I was informed check out is at 1pm, they say you will have to pay charges. Only after raising my voice, they agreed on 1pm. Very poor on Customer orientation. I really had high expectation on their customer services and hotel condition with the price I was charged for the room. Unfortunately, I had high DISAPPOINTMENT! Couldn't believe this is the Accor Hotels standard!
