“Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. “The property did not have our reservation from Expedia and when provided informed us they were full and could not accommodate. They then did not replay or connect again for 3 days while in Tanzania without our scheduled second camp accommodations we paid over $1200 for. Very disappointed in this camp and Expedia. We had a great safari over all and ended up bailing on the northern Serengeti and getting a hotel in Arusha after a few days in the bush. ”
