"Overall a very nice stay. We were expecting Hästen beds but we’re told they’ve been changed in November 2024. The new beds are of the firm type. The hotel was very clean and was very nicely designed, the bookshelf carved into the bathroom wall was particularly cool! Service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast on the top floor was small but nice with a beautiful view. "

"Hotel outside of Covilhã, half way up the mountain. Idyllic location and great view. Our room was not well cleaned, especially the bath room was not. Neither was the cutlery and porcelain at the breakfast clean. Staff at reception could not answer our questions about mountain trails. In general, the staff at the reception could be more service-minded. The employees at the bar were the best part of this hotel experience, very sympathic."
