Pets are accepted provided they respect the accommodation and the neighborhood (supplement of 11/day).
Mini villa ideal for 4 to 5 people with all supplies included (bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit containing essential kitchen and bathroom items).
It is located in a semi-pedestrianized residence planted with Mediterranean trees, with a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season, children's games, a pétanque court, a basketball court, and mini-golf.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
=> Separate entrance with key box available for late arrivals or early departures, leading to an entrance hall and hallway with a closet.
=> Separate toilet.
=> Shower room with sink, bathtub, towel radiator, etc.
=> Bedroom with double bed, bedside table, and closet. French windows with a view of the garden. Possibility of adding a cot or a 90x190 cm bed (at an extra charge).
=> A living room with reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi, comprising a lounge area with a sofa bed, coffee table and flat-screen TV, a dining area with chairs and table overlooking the terrace and garden, and the children's playground/mini golf course in the distance.
=> Fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, two-burner hob, kettle, toaster, etc.

## Notes
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence's parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts!
This accommodation has been redecorated and maintained by a concierge agency that will be available to you throughout your stay.
A welcome book containing lots of information and activities will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival or sent to you electronically.
