"I arrived there with a delegation of 5 (+15) people. When I needed to borrow a small conference room for a teams meeting they asked for 150 €. Not much for a day - but for 2 hrs. The staff and management was very unfriendly. Secondly: Beds were low level. Thirdly: Breakfast was not 4 star level - rather 3. Missing a lot of food. First day no fruit. Second day no yogurt. I will be back in Vercelly with same amount of people late in March. I will then book a different hotel - and these guys loose 5 t€ because of ignorance.."

"On the countryside this great place is situated. We had an apartment in old farmhouse style. The pool area was very nice and we were happy we could spend a couple of hours there. We had dinner in the Bistro, it was a cool place in the winery. Good breakfast. We would love to come back and stay a little longer."
