“This hotel was a bit of a let-down for us. It’s weird, to be a Hilton. There’s no good shop in the hotel, you can only buy coke and water. No other drinks. The Pool is too cold. The housekeeping didn’t really clean our room, didn’t do a good job at all. Just sloppy. The staff though is friendly and kind and lovely. The Italian restaurant was great. Overall, an ok stay. ”

“Easy 10 out of 10. If you can speak a little bit more Japanese, you will easily get 11 out of 10 for your own experience. Super friendly staffs and modern deco. I think we will recommend this resort to anyone going to the Okinawa.”

“Pros: Very beautiful and serene place and good hotel. Cons (at least for westerner tourists): Dead surroundings, not a lot of restaurants around. Hotel restaurant pricey. Beach rules felt ridiculous to be honest, I'm a scuba diver and here they wanted you to do snorkelling INSIDE the nets they had provided WITH a life west... Well, I went to the surrounding beaches instead and did my snorkelling there, but then no sun chair. ”
