“The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.”

“For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room.”

“The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby.
The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...
