Located just a short stroll from the picturesque waterfront parklands of 1770, restaurants, and the 1770 Marina, this is the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the area's beauty. Enjoy mesmerizing sunsets and gather around the BBQ on the large covered deck, making every evening memorable.
This home is also a wildlife lover’s escape. Perfect for nature enthusiasts, this peaceful retreat offers incredible wildlife experiences. In winter, watch whales in the bay. Pretty-faced wallabies frequently visit the backyard and the area is teeming with birdlife, from rainbow bee-eaters, kingfishers to kookaburras, sea eagles and more.

Guests can enjoy birdwatching with provided binoculars and bird guidebooks, making it easy to spot and identify the many species that call this place home.
